This condo was a really good value, and I would normally give my rating based on expectations, so I wouldn’t normally give anything less than 5 stars based on how much I paid, it was among the cheapest rentals on Maui. There are 2 reasons that I gave it only 4 stars: the bed was stiff, and the AC has a timer. So for me personally, those are big negatives. But if it weren’t for that I would have given a 5 star review. Here’s a list of pros and cons…Cons:The bed wasn’t comfortable. The AC is on a 4 hour timer, so you have to come home to a hot condo every day. The tv was too confusing for us to figure out, we never did get it to work. The parking isn’t close to the condo, so if you have a lot of stuff to carry in, it can take a while. You can hear everything going on outside the bedroom window, and I mean everything! I will say though that the complex is a pretty quiet complex, and we rarely heard anyone walk by, but the window doesn’t mask the noise. Pros:Right across from the beach! Great value! While the kitchen was limited to what it had, we did find that we had everything we needed, so basic cooking was easy. Beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas, and snorkel gear is included, though we did walk next door and rent snorkel gear from boss frogs since the snorkel gear was limited. Washer and dryer in the unit, pool was warm, hot tub was amazing! Plenty of parking. Close to shopping. Comfortable (except the bed). Overall I’d say this was a great rental. We had a great trip
Great location, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Very quiet condo, ample parking. The Cinnamon Roll is around the corner has great coffee and cinnamon rolls as well as sandwichesAbout 3/4 mile walk to Foodland for groceriesKitchen had everything I needed to prepare most of my meals which saved me a ton of money.

This is a great condo in Kihei in a perfect location. It’s quiet and peaceful and even has an ocean view. We were very comfortable the entire stay. We stayed in the same unit last September and were pleased that it was available.
We love your place so much, we came back the second time! Love the Tommy Bahama chairs and all of the beach stuff. We stayed here 11 years ago when we were dating for 8 months. This trip we spent our 10 year anniversary . Thank you for this great place! Its proximity to the beach and shops is so great!
This is the third time staying in this complex, first time in this unit. We loved it! It was nice being on the ground floor as we could go lay on the grass. The host was very nice! We would stay here again.
Conveniently located near but not on the beach with beautiful view from lanai. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Community pool and hot tub are nice. Great choice of restaurants within walking distance.
Perfectly located, a little outdated but had all we needed. pool area is very nice including bbq and hot tub. great to hang out on those windy afternoons. close to shops and restaurants, beach out front is nice and calm just perfect for little ones, sandy with some reef too where you can see fishes and turtles daily
This unit was quite comfortable and well outfitted with kitchen utensils and beach toys. The ventilation was better than it has been in most other warm places we have stayed, with two fans in both the bedroom and the living room. We had a hard time making the air conditioner work, but the heavy drapes kept the strongest afternoon heat from making the unit unbearable. The lanai table wasn't in great shape since the plexiglass top didn't cover the whole wooden surface, but it was still nice to relax in the shade there before the afternoon sun encroached on it. The view was pleasant but not spectacular, except of the stars on clear nights -- wow! The whole complex seemed well maintained, quiet and safe. It would have been difficult for people who have trouble climbing up and down stairs to get around there, but it worked well for able-bodied folks. The best thing about this place is its proximity to a lovely sandy beach and lots of good restaurants!

Great location, comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was clear and there were no issues. The pool and hot tub are sparkling, and I spent a lot of time in or next to the pool. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Kihei, close to everything. I will check to see if this condo is available again, the next time I make it to Maui!
