I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Maui! The unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay—well-stocked, thoughtfully set up, and exactly as advertised. It was spotless, completely pest-free, and very well-maintained throughout.The location is absolutely awesome, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and beautiful beaches all within easy walking distance. Having everything so close by made the trip even more enjoyable and convenient.The facility itself was in great condition, and everything worked just as expected with no issues whatsoever. This property is exactly what you hope for when booking a vacation rental: clean, comfortable, and worry-free. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
The condo is a lovely spot to stay in- conveniently located near shopping, easy driving to nearby sites, and our host was very responsive to our special needs and requests. Grateful for good customer communication and service-5 stars.
We had a great time. This place is close to walking to the beach for the day or staying by the pool. Also plenty of food within walking distance. It was nice to have a cooler bag and chairs for the beach as well as a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much. Our host was very responsive to questions and gave us plenty of recommendations which was very helpful. We would definitely return. Thank you!
Condo as described. Grounds well kept, pool cleaned daily, one block from beach. Maria was good to work with. Corrected a few minor issues in a timely manner.
We had a very nice and relaxing time at the condo. We could walk to shops, restaurants and coffee places. Kam 1 beach was across the street, a few minute walk. Sunsets were amazing at the beach. Friendly people at the Kihei Alii Kai complex. A lot of stairs to get to condo. We did get in our steps in daily! Mahalo!
First trip to Maui. Beautiful place and great food. Our Condo was in an excellent location at Kihei. Just a couple of blocks to beach parks and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property and grounds are very well maintained. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Communication was excellent and timely. Highly recommend this unit
Our first trip to Maui was amazing. Clean condo, just as described, steps from beaches, restaurants and shops. We'll be back.
The condo was everything I could have ever asked for and then some. The location is the best in Kihei and the condo was incredible. Clean, New, Smelled great. The lenai is spacious and has incredibly comfortable furniture. Everything about the rental was high end! Great bedding, thick towels, comfortable mattresses, new (sharp) knives in kitchen, new appliances, etc... Can not recommend this property highly enough!
Loved seeing Maui thrive again! We had such a great time staying in Kihei Alii Kai! The location of this condo could not be better, literally steps away from some of the area's best restaurants, shave ice and most importantly... 3 beaches!
The unit itself is spacious, beautifuly decorated and well maintained. Maria, our host, was a pleasure to communicate with. It's obvious how much pride and love she's poured into the condo.
We had such an amazing trip to Maui. From luaus in Wailea, snorkeling in Molokini, watching the sunrise from Haleakala and the road to Hana, all of it was possible from this central spot. We'll plan on staying here next time!

The location of the property is fantastic, but we really enjoyed the actual location of this unit in the complex. Not being in the ground floor made a difference for us from a previous stay.
The unit is very clean (hugely important to us) and well stocked. The layout of the unit is very functional as well. Excellent washer and dryer - always a need when travelling!
We had a couple of very minor issues that needed to be addressed when we first arrived and the owner was amazing to deal with. The issues were fixed promptly.
Highly recommend staying here!
