Great place to stay in Kihei. We had an issue and Andy took care of it very fast. We recommend this unit.
Other than no view of the ocean it was the best I would stay again.
Property was not “up to par”….bedroom carpet is filthy and living room drapes no better.. Area rug in LR filthy. The small area rugs are dangerous, almost slipped & fell twice - so rolled them up & didn’t use. Nice clean bathroom. But no safety grips to enter shower & the tub had no safety grips/ safety mat.for showering.. Bed in bedroom was comfortable.
Andy is a great host. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the amenities for my month long stay. The location is amazing; close to a great beach, restaurants, good surf is close by too. I will love to be back and stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay! Andy's property was in an ideal location. Clean, quiet, and convenient, Andy's Condo was perfect for us. I would use this property again without hesitation.

The stay was okay except there was no AC in the bedroom. With the climate it wasn't an issue. They also let me check out 2 Hours late than std time on request. However the most frustrating part came post check out.100$ were deducted from my deposit saying surf board was broken... I didn't even touch it and told the same. owner didn't bother to listen at all... Just made up the mind to deduct 100$. Was very rude in the interaction... Frustrating experience post stay.
Andy’s place was more than what we had expected. His place was extremely clean and at a great location. We were steps from the beach and all the amenities were super close. Would highly recommend the place.
Really easy experience. We loved the proximity to great restaurants and the ocean. Was also great to drive to nearby hikes, we were able to explore the whole island from here. Good property with a great balcony to enjoy a coffee in the morning.
Andy’s residence was a good location to access to the rest of Kihei. The place was clean and had good provisions.
