This was the perfect vrbo for what we needed. The laundry was amazing to have, great space for us to all spread out and not feel packed in like a hotel. The communication was great, immediate responses whenever I had a question. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Maui!
How can I possibly give more than 5 stars?!!!What a complete delight to step into the Condo and everything was just PERFECT! Clean! Organized, thoughtfully curated and comfortable beyond belief!Communication was so easy and the complex is QUIET! Let me tell you how nice that is! Everyone you meet is smiling and giving you Maui love!The views are absolutely amazing! Steps to the beach is extremely accurate. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance! You’ll need that walking due to all the great food around.Also Safeway and Target will deliver to you! What a blessing when you r so beat and relaxed from your day at the beach!There is a great book on the table listing so many wonderful suggestions. Also the breeze at night off the balcony was soothing! Ok, now a thought. I drove the entire road to Hana, it takes special care. Before you embark, consider your comfort level on roads that are narrow and sometimes only can be passing by one car. Next time, I’m taking the tour bus! There is another road I drove Kahekili highway. PLEASE READ UP FIRST. Talk to the locals and assess it. Once up there, going thru it is your only option!Your hosts, and you will pick this Condo make sure that you are cared for. My prediction? In the future this will be highly sought after, so don’t hesitate!I can’t wait to come back!!!!!Mahalo to Josh and Christi for being exceptional and welcoming!
This was our first Vrbo stay. We scheduled this stay for my wife's birthday and we were not disappointed. The property was much better than expected. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. Our hosts were more than accommodating. Answering all of our questions promptly, and accurately. I don't believe there was anything more we could've asked for. The location was perfect. Our stay was amazing and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.
The apartment is as beautiful as on the pictures. It's spacious, airy, very well decorated, and on the top (4th) floor, so the views from the generously sized balcony are also great (if you are looking in the right direction :)). We had a hiccup with the entry door code, and Christy called us and helped resolving the issue right away. Overall, we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again!

Very good location close to restaurants and beach. The pool and hottub on the proprety were nice as well. The appartment was clean and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided. Great stay.
Took my mom to Hawaii and decided to stay here because there was a lot of things (food & shops) within walking distance. The beach is also across the street. The unit is on the 4th floor with stairs and elevator access. Not wheelchair friendly as there are additional stairs to get to each unit sections. It’s a good way to get your steps in for sure! But it also gives every unit a nice view without looking into a neighbor. This has high ceilings as well as a loft so it does get warm but leaving the doors open in the morning and evening really does help cool the place down. There are also AC units in the living room and bedrooms as well as multiple fans and ceiling cans, which we left on low to help with moving the air. The stairs are spiral so may be difficult for some people to navigate. The owners also provided a Brita water filter (refillable) in the refrigerator so we didn’t have to buy bottled water. Beach towels were also provided along with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee pods for a keurig, regular coffee maker, tea, stevia, as well as some other miscellaneous condiments. Overall happy with the unit and location. We had a great stay!
After being Maui residents (Wailea) for 13 years, we recently returned to the mainland. We were so excited to return for a visit. This condo was just perfect for us! It was so comfortable with a beautiful view, a spacious lanai and everything we needed. Plus, the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants was awesome! We will definitely stay here again. Great Condo! One of the best stocked condos we have had while vacationing in MauiBest location with all essentials within walking distance including Beautiful Kamaole Beach One!Lanai is big, has a view and became our favourite hang out spot while at the condo
Loved the place and location. Nice and clean with really beautiful views. Well equipped and great beach equipment. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Would stay again.

We loved the condo and the area. Everything is walkable, beds are comfortable, the balcony was great to unwind on after a day at the beach. The pool on property is very nice and the complex is a maze but the instructions were very helpful. Highly recommend this place.
Loved the location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and a great lanai to look out onto mountains and ocean. Must be pretty limber to go upstairs to the loft bedroom but at 73 i was ok with it. We looked for beach chairs and didn't find them until our last day. They were on the lanai very accessible Felt very safe. Loved the jacuzzi and pool
Property worked great for us, the location had easy access to the beach and dining.
This is our third time in a row staying at this place. It is phenomenal and feels like home. I don’t think we could ever stay anywhere else when visiting Maui. The owners are very friendly and caring and they make the checkin and checkout process so easy which allows you to really enjoy your trip.
I highly recommend this piece of paradise.

Place was beautiful and well stocked with most things you could need during a stay in Kihei/on Maui. The owners give you a lot of information, tips, tricks, and even discounts at stores/shops where they can! 10/10 would recommend!
This is my second time at this beautiful condo in Maui. Our host generously welcomed us with a beautiful fruit basket. The location is conveniently located in the heart of Kihei with many shops and eateries. The condo is fully stocked with all the items, such as beach towels to all the essentials. I will definitely recommend this condo to anyone, and will be staying everytime we visit Maui.

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was easy. The location was amazing and SO close to a lot of places to eat, swim, shop etc… it was a great launching off spot to get to other towns on Maui via rental car. Thanks Josh & Christi!
Really enjoyed the place, location was a block from the beach and right above some good food and groceries. Place gets hot quick but some open windows or AC help a lot.
We really loved our stay! The close proximity to the beach as well as many eating places within walking distance made it the perfect spot.
Josh and Christie were very communicative, and allowed us to check in a little early upon our request, which was so kind.
The location is super great. The host are really nice and always respond our messages promptly!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Jones’s penthouse condo in Maui. Beautiful views of the ocean and Haleakala, which we enjoyed nightly on the lanai. Great location close to the Kam II beach, restaurants and shopping. The activity binder was most helpful to plan adventures. Condo was spacious, comfortable, very clean and well organized with all the basic amenities available. Including beach chairs and a cooler for those amazing Maui sunsets. Nice pool and jacuzzi as well. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay for your Maui vacation.
