We had a wonderful time in Maui. This unit worked great for our family of 7... 4 adults, 3 kids. Location was central to a lot. Plenty of amenities at the unit or within a short walk. Great top floor unit with a nice view, away from the main street, and plenty of space.

This condo is conveniently located and is spacious. We liked the open concept of the kitchen/living area.
This condo was perfect for the 6 adults that stayed there. There was plenty of room & well supplied with household items including plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas & towels. The location could not have been any better - very close to the beach & restaurants! Absolutely perfect!

This is a great location, walking distance to beach, great view. Unfortunately, it was dirty. I wouldn’t walk on the floors without socks and dishes with food on them were put back into the cabinet.
We had the best spring break here! The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We absolutely loved the views, location, beach, and pool. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops for food and fun. Comfy beds, main bedroom had an amazing view of the beach and it’s own balcony.Can’t wait to return!
We stayed here for a week. It has an unbelievable view of the ocean and sunsets. The pictures don’t do it justice. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed. Great location!!!! Quick easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and souvenir shops. There was a delicious gelato shop next door! The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We would definitely stay here again.
It was a wonderful trip and my family thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was sizeable and well equipped for our needs.

Great location for our group of eight! Beautiful sunsets and lots to do for all ages within walking distance. Would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Maui.
Great condo! Location is amazing!!! Super short walk to the beach, food options, ABC store. Pots and pans are a little limited but we were still able to work with what was provided. Having a washer/dryer came in handy! Condo also has some beach gear/toys so that was nice! Would totally stay here again.
Good- great location, spacious, beautiful view of the ocean w less than 2-3 minute walk to it, walkable area, master bed/pillows comfortableNot So Good- shower towels are tiny; my 19YO wears XS and barely wrapped around her- hot water was nonexistent; warm at best, master ensuite shower took 3 minutes to warm up before turning cold within 5. Some days wasn't even warm and the time of day/how many showers were needed didn't matter- blankets were thin - quiet time not abided by. If 8am, then employees should not be at 630am- washer & dryer were filthy; sand throughout the dryer and visible through the glassVRBO listing showed nothing about having to supply toilet paper, dish detergent, condiments, etc. Wasn’t notified until after final payment made a few weeks prior and after cancellation period ended. It does not make financial/economical sense to buy things like salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, mustard, syrup, etc. And to not supply toilet paper, paper towel or garbage bags, I was shocked. I’ve stayed around the world in VRBO places and never required to supply. For long term stays, I would understand but for short term stays, it is wasteful. As an owner of a condo literally next door the price charged for 10 day stay is pure greed considering doesn’t supply the kitchen and bathroom basics or decent sized towels. Would I recommend - probably but just be aware of what you need to supply that is not included.
The property itself is clean, well maintained, and was very comfortable for our group of 5. The beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards made it very easy to take advantage of the beach.
The main draw is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to an absolutely beautiful beach. We had perfect weather while we were there and took advantage of the beach everyday.
It's also walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and a small grocery store, which was very convenient too.
If we're every back in Maui, this would be our #1 choice of where to stay.

This is the perfect place to stay! Beautiful condo and everything is so close- coffee, beach, dining, you name it!. Will definitely stay again.
As a family with small kids, we really couldn’t fault this place. It’s the top unit at the front of the block so it had the best outlook, was well equipped and clean, and the beach directly across the road is very gentle for swimming with loads of good food and coffee options within easy walking distance. We even saw turtles! Highly recommend this place.

When we first arrived on the island and followed directions to the rental it would have been helpful to know that we needed to turn left in front of Dolphin Plaza from S Kihei Rd, but other than that the condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was a great size, we had an amazing view from both lanai's. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and was in the perfect family friendly location and it was also convenient to walk to many locations along S Kihei Rd. There were wonderful restaurants close by and a wonderful beach was just across the street. We loved it, Mahalo!

Very well appointed, clean, and just as advertised, we would stay there again.
We had a great stay. Everything was well laid out, instructions clear. Clean. Perfect location, across the street from the beach. Google maps made it seem faster than it actually is. Being next to the mini msll, gas station, and grocery store were super convenient for us. Lots of turtles across the street. We used the BBQ by the pool lots.
The location of the property was well situated to the beach and lots of shopping/restaurants. The pool is small and forgettable. Guest parking can be a good walk from your unit depending on which building you’re in. The unit itself is nice, great views of the sunset. It was well stocked with everything we needed.
We stayed while doing some surfing and wind sports. The place is confidently located centrally to many great spots. In walking distance are a few fun restaurants and the beach is just across the street.

Vacation rental was in a perfect location and the property was for the most part perfect. Just a few minor things towels and bath tub was stained. Other than that perfect.
The location was wonderful, close to beach, shops, and restaurants -- all within walking distance.
The management was excellent. When we had a problem on a holiday, the management got back to us immediately and we resolved the problem. We were impressed.
Would definitely stay there again.
