We really enjoyed the location and all of the available beach equipment that was included with the stay
We had a wonderful stay at Kihei Ahaki and enjoyed this first floor condo. The green space access was amazing for our kids to explore and the condo came with so many beach accessories (towels, umbrellas, beach blanket, beach toys, floaties, cooler and more!) that it made beach days much easier. The condo itself, though slightly dated had everything needed for a wonderful family vacation! We would absolutely stay here again!
This was the second year in a row we have stayed in this beautiful place! The location is amazing, the property is beautiful and we love bbq dinners at the pool! We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas! No complaints! When we had a small issue with the wifi we had quick communication and the issue was resolved!

Great location, lots of room. On holidays so not impressed about being asked to do laundry.
Grounds well kept, staff friendly.
First the place was very small. If I had a husband we wouldn’t all had fit in the living room. Dishwasher didn’t work tv was not working all the time. Then after you require a cleaning fee they leave a note asking to help maid service by doing wash before leaving. Incredible.

Great location for sunrise and sunsets! Restaurants and shops easy to get to. Easy drive to many tourist locations as well!
We loved our second visit to Kihei Akahi. We loved spending time with other families and sharing the space and sense of community in the courtyard. We loved the pool. The location can't be beat.
I am super disappointed with the communication of the management company as well as the amenities in this property. Our stay was only three nights. We arrived late the first night and showered with towels that looked like they were 20 years old and pilling. The sheets on my bed smelt like they weren’t washed. On day two we went to use the beach towels and they were ripped and torn. We loaded dishes into the dishwasher and inside was super dirty. We also noticed the light fixtures super dirty, and our feet were turning black from walking around from the time we arrived. I emailed the management company to let them know and they said they were sorry but they had back to back turnarounds and the cleaners were rushed. They would get back to me ASAP. They didn’t. I sent a follow up email asking for our cleaning fee back. They responded saying that since I didn’t send them an email within 24 hours they would not do anything and I was not allowed to post a review in retaliation. I let them know that I would state the facts and let my photos speak for themselves. I have followed up many times with them and they have not answered any of my emails. They need new cleaners, new body towels, beach towels, and to clean their beach chairs. They also need to make sure they put dishwasher pods if they want you to use the dishwasher. If you choose to stay here, bring your own towels, bedding, chairs and prepare to clean the floor before you walk around
Great location, nice property. Spare room beds not great for larger adults. Property manager seems to hate his job! Not very polite and no skills with people. Pool rules are a bit on the old adult side. I have never seen no "marco polo" posted at a pool before.
As a family of 4 with two young kids this was the perfect place to stay. The courtyard was great for the kids to play and their was shade on the patio for a good portion of the day. The room was clean and had everything you could need.
Location is great as it’s close to beach and shops. Would 100% stay again.
