Great view. Air con was nice, seems hotter on 6th floor. Could update the bed pillows- not comfortable at all. But no other complaints. Loved having the ice maker in freezer. Good kitchen amenities- blender, coffee maker etc.
This is our second stay in this unit and it does not disappoint. We love having our coffee and breakfast on the lanai while taking in the ocean view. The condo has plenty of beach gear for your stay. The bedroom and living room are comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals. The location is unbeatable. The condo is directly across the street from Kam 2 and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. We really enjoy the complex as a whole and this unit in particular.
Wonderful condo. Bed a little high for short old people. Joan-is a wonderful host. No problems encountered with unit and loved location in Kiehe.
Had a wonderful stay in this very clean maintained condo. Nicely decorated and upgrades tastefully updated.
The only things I would have liked was not using a key to enter condo and having shopping carts (like my previous rental) to bring groceries up to condo.

The 8-day "stopover" visit in Maui on our way from British Columbia to Australia was magical. Superb location with three lovely beaches within walking distance. Our apartment was equipped with all we needed, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Ocean view from the lanai. Highly recommended.

Close enough to hear the waves, but none of the Kihei evening hubbub. View was incredible from the 6th floor. Condo size was perfect for 2 & very well maintained (maybe need new toaster b/c it was touchy). Kitchen had everything we needed and enjoyed the large king size bed. Mahalo!
Clean, quiet and convenient location 1 BR condo in Kihei. Close to restaurants, shopping and across the street from Kam 2 beach. Great ocean breezes and views from the 6th floor lanai.
A bonus, this condo has AC to help cool it off on those hot days. I mostly used the ceiling fans and opened the door to the lanai for the ocean breeze.
A reserved parking space near the elevators is another plus. Owner responsive to questions. Highly recommend this ocean view condo. I will stay here again when on Maui.

Unfortunately we were in Maui when the fires broke out. It was a bittersweet trip this year. My heart broke for the locals who were living through the nightmare and loss. Our condo was pleasant, clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our daily walks across the street to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable - i usually don't sleep well when traveling, but had no trouble sleeping here. The grounds were kept clean and were well tended, and the pools and bbq grills were cleaned daily. This is a great condo in a great property. I recommend it and we'll definitely stay again.
I was very impressed with my stay. The current pictures of the property don't do it justice. It's modern and upgraded and very clean. I love the view, and I was happy it's on the top floor. There's a great view of the ocean, and it's right across the street from the beach. Plus there are tons of shops and restaurants and other beaches near by. When I come back to Kihei, I will definitely stay here again.
Beautiful 1 bedroom condo on 6th floor. Clean, very comfy king bed, lanai with ocean view, and most of what you need for a fantastic vacation! The host was wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommend! Kihei has many close beautiful beaches to enjoy within walking distance too!
Nicely appointed unit with easy access to pool, beach, restaurants. Housekeeping needs to deep clean including under furniture. Towels need to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
