A beautiful light filled space with great views of the ocean, sunsets and palm trees. Great location across the street from a lovely beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The bed just needs a new mattress to make it a perfect rental!
Property was very clean and everything we needed was present. Beach is across the street and close to lots of restaurants. Stayed for two weeks with no problems. Building and outside property very well maintained.
My husband and I return to this condo building over and over again. Wonderful ocean view from lanai . Great location for great beach walks in and walk to stores too.
I am very satisfied with the check in process and the cleanliness of the property. Location is wonderful. Customer service is excellent. The pool and BBQ grill are cleaned daily. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!
No issues and they were very prompt in fixing the issue I called about.
Loved the view. Close to everything we wanted to do. Only lacking some counter cleaning supplies.

This condo was perfectly situated in Kihei, a short walk/drive to the beach and great eats nearby. For this specific unit, its balcony had a peaceful view overlooking the pool.
Stayed at the Kihie Akai 30years ago and this unit has the original furniture needs an update really needs a paint job. Ceiling in bedroom has black ring around the fan. Kitchen equipment all mismatched lots of something’s little of others and all old fry pans all scratched. Blender with no lid no stopper for sink. Manage,ent responded right away to our requests but. We lived with it and ceraintly did not let it ruin our holiday. We enjoyed our stay location and grounds great. Looks clean but spouse had cloth slippers and after two days bottoms were black.
Great clean apartment with beautiful grounds nice pool and walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. Would definitely stay again
