Overall was great. Bed was very comfortable and it is especially quiet place! Was the most awesome location. Beach literally across the street!! Had all you need, everything was as advertised. Would definitely book again. Thanks Terrie!!
The condo was perfect! It was a great fit for our family of 4 (dad, mom, 5yr boy and 2yr boy). Being on the ground floor was great for the kids to go out and sit on the grass while getting ready to go out. The condo was updated and so comfortable. There was a good stock of beach going stuff (4 chairs, 4 towels, and umbrella and a few kid toys, a cooler) as that occupied most of our days. Checking in was a breeze both with the complex and communication with Terrie. The master bed and pillows were so comfortable and the kids slept on the pull-out couch bed which was comfortable as well. Next time we go to Kihei we will definitely stay here if available.
Nice condo, plenty of room. Lanai opens onto grassy area. Very quiet at night. Short walk to the beach.
Stayed here for 3 weeks. Lovely condo for 2 adults. Had our daughter & her husband join us for 1 of those weeks - definitely crowded with 4 adults, but we managed.
Condo is as shown in the pictures. Well kept, comfortable furnishings, great quality towels & linens, very comfortable king bed, and our adult kids said the sofa bed was actually quite comfortable! (Which is amazing for sofa beds!). The kitchen is lovely with nice appliances and all the basic cookware and dinnerware that one would need.
Extras that were supplied - like beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were a real bonus and nice to have.
Washer/dryer is adequate, but not unlike other units that we’ve had in other condos. Very basic and small, but useable.
I thought the owner was most generous with the amount of start up supplies needed. (Ie. toilet paper, tissues, laundry soap, dishwasher soap etc).
If I have any disappointment at all, it is in the size of the lanai. It is very small, and the neighbours are in very close proximity, so privacy outside is highly limited.
This is the second year we have stayed at this condo. We love the property and community! Excellent spot with two fun pools, close to the beach, and a relaxing vibe. Our 2 year old loved seeing the chickens every morning from our lanai.
Some of the reviews about the pools being kid unfriendly were really overstated. The staff was courteous and didn't bother you so long as the kids were not running and jumping in and out of the pool. The one incident where the staff intervened, the staff member watched for 10m quietly assessing the situation before addressing the parents. As a parent of two kids (< 12) I agreed that the kids were disruptive to others and shouldn't be jumping in and out of the pool the way they were.
Very nice property. No ocean view, but the convenience of the location made it worth coming back. Besides, we wanted to be out at the ocean and beach, instead of just looking ant it. Also, the property is set back from Kihei Road, so there is no street noise. The king bed must be an expensive mattress, because it was one of the most comfortable kings we’ve slept on from a rental.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is nicely furnished and decorated. It has a modern kitchen and a large dining and living room area. We liked having breakfast on the patio which overlooks a big lawn area that is shared with the whole complex. Two small pool are close by. The bathroom is small and the bedroom is pretty dark since it’s on the ground level and has only small windows but that wasn’t a problem for us.
Our only concern was encountering some cockroaches in the kitchen. The host was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue and assured us this is not normal for the place. We had an exterminator come by and also received a refund for one day for the inconvenience.
The place is part of a large condo complex with a couple hundred units but is surrounded by a lot of green with many birds.
This property was such a great location! Couldn’t beat being able to walk a couple minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops! The condo itself was great as well, clean and updated. It was a little tight for a family of 4, but I would stay there again! The property owner was great and any questions we had were answered right away!
