Great location, clean and quiet
Great location, clean and newly renovated. Really made a difference being so updated. Short visit to family. Definitely book the unit again.
Great location with a view, very walkable. The condo was comfy and I appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and cooler.
Older unit in great location. Easy walk to beach, pool (no hot tub), good food, and coffee shop (no room coffee provided). The grounds are very nice especially for those who enjoy Hawaiian landscapes. Can noisy as it is near elevator. Good value for this area
The condo was comfortable and we felt at home. Thank you for renting to us. Hopefully we will see you next year!

Overall it is nice condo with convenient location, close to the beach and places to eat at, clean and cozy, has assigned parking spot. Comparing to other places - check out is early and not negotiable that needs to be considered if leaving island late ( asked to extend for 1.5-2 hr, knowing that nobody is checking in same or next day, and was offered to pay 118.55 for securing property for that time). And it would be nice to have beach umbrella and snorkeling gear that other condos have. (our friends- 4 other families, were staying at the same building and had all of the above).
Everything about this property was excellent. We enjoyed using the very nicely appointed kitchen and living room. We used the sofa bed and it was pretty good. The king sized bed was fantastic.
Updated apartment, very close to restaurants and beach
We were very happy with this property. Condo was clean and in a very convenient location. Two elevators that we never had to wait for. Two pools, easy parking. My only complaints (and they are small) is that 1) the fitted sheet was too small and kept popping off which was a little annoying but we didn’t choose to ask this to be rectified 2) the kitchen could be a little more stocked (pot holders, foil to name a couple things) if you’re going to be cooking there. I would recommend taking inventory of the kitchen if you plan to cook a lot of meals. We mostly ate out. But all in all, a really good experience and would rent this unit again. Definitely.
This unit worked perfect for us, in our second year coming to Kihei. Easy check-in, clean unit, everything worked as it should, beautiful ocean view. Only a few minor nitpicks/suggestions:
1. The bed mattress was good, however, it leaned on the left side such that you felt like rolling out of bed.
2. Previous stays have had a few condiments left in the kitchen for use... literally nothing upon arrival. Not a huge deal, but it did discourage any eating in.
3. 4 beach chairs were provided. Previous units on multiple islands also provided beach umbrellas and miscellaneous gear such as boogie boards and snorkel masks/fins. Would have been a nice touch.
Overall, an excellent unit, well-maintained (see note above regarding the bed) and clean. Would not hesitate to reserve again.
We just spent 5 nights in this unit. Its really well set up and the 6th floor location is great. Really enjoyed sunsets on the lanai as well as watching whales do their thing. The management company was very helpful when a minor issue came that needed to be fixed. We would certainly stay there again!
Great stay. The place had everything you could want, with an ocean view.
