Overall the rental was very clean. It was definitely an older unit, however, and the carpet should be replaced for sure, but we felt comfortable in the cleanliness it offered. We did, however, find a dirty diaper and one of the kitchen measuring cups under the couch on about Day 4 of our stay. That was bad.We also found the communication with the Guest Relations terrible. There was no dustpan which we needed to sweep up sand that had brought into the apartment, and the response back to us in an email, text and two phone calls was ridiculous. What if it had been an emergency?Anyways, we had wonderful weather and used the bar-b-que several times. Found everything to be clean and well kept. Thank you.Linda
Communication with property manager was great. Worked flawlessly, no issues! Property was in a great location, close walk to three beaches, restaurants close by, beautiful grounds, very well kept. Unit was clean, needs a bit of an update, carpet needs to go. Worked great for what we wanted. Would definitely come back!

We were close to our family residence and to the ocean beaches. If was not too fancy, but provided everything we needed for a pleasurable stay.
Needs upgrades especially carpet and bed. Also being seniors would be great to have lower chairs and table on the lani.
We enjoyed our time here. Excellent communication with the host. Comfy, big bed. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Love Kihei!
Had a lovely stay at a Kihei Akahi condo. Beautiful condo which has everything you could ever want: breach chairs, coolers, kitchenette, tv, lanai - could go on and on.
Would definitely come back for another visit but unfortunately the cost is a little high.

Grounds so pretty, king bed, washer/dryer, unit had everything you could need, dedicated parking space. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants, beach across the street. Try 808 Deli for amazing hot dogs, Pepe's for nachos. Front office staff very helpful and friendly.

Having stayed at another unit with CBIP Vacations we had high expectations as our first visit and stay was exceptional. We were not disappointed. This unit was even better- quiet, clean, very spacious and well equipped- we felt right at home. Loved the location as it is central and everything is very walkable and in close proximity. We cooked every meal at the unit and found the kitchen to be very well equipped and used the community bbq every day. Everyone in the complex is friendly and helpful and we spent many hours on the property itself because it was so enjoyable. The balcony in our unit, the pools, even relaxing in the unit itself was extremely enjoyable. Communication with the organization was fast and efficient and they even got us into the unit earlier then we expected and we will absolutely be back and hope to stay in the exact same unit again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Maui!

The location, amenities, and condo itself (and everything it was equipped with) were everything we needed. We stayed over Superbowl Sunday, and appreciated having cable to watch it. When I was booking, I was concerned that there was no AC in the bedroom, but during our stay in February, we never needed the AC at all.
