Loved our stay at this condo!! It felt like home!! The owners went above and beyond and the property was cleaned, organized and had everything we needed and more!! It had all the basic toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and other house hold essentials to get us started. Along with that, there was beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler and snorkeling gear for us to use.Location—Fabulous!! The unit has a designated parking spot so you don’t have to worry about looking for parking every night. The beach is literally right across the street. And the area is super convenient to local shops, bakeries, restaurants and gas station (walking distance too!). Couldn’t ask for anything more!! Property also has two pools, BBQ area and a tennis court for guests and residents which is nice! Communication—Fantastic!!! You could tell the owner really cares as he made sure we were all set up and was super responsive to any questions we made have had. Book this property!! You won’t regret it!! We’ll definitely be back!!!
Everything we needed was there. Even in house washing machine and dryer. The packing lady of the family always says packing the suitcases is easier when the clothes are freshly laundered.
Absolutely fabulous stay in this excellent unit! AC/minisplits in the living room and bedroom that work great, nice updates throughout. We have stayed in Kihei Akahi several times over the last 10 years and this unit is at the top of the list. Stellar communication from the owners and the location can't be beat. We'll be back! My wife and I had a wonderful stay over Spring Break in Kihei. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and his condo was as described in the listing. Easy check in and out. No issues whatsoever.
Great location to all south Maui beaches, several within walking distances to the condo. The condo is furnished very well including all appliances and is very clean. We could watch whales and sunsets from the lanai. The owner is excellent to work with!
Great stay, accurate description plus lots of amenities … coffee pods ;), plenty of towels, blankets, beach stuff and easy access. New appliances, fans nice lanai.
I have stayed all over in this complex and others and this unit is hands down the best I have ever stayed in. The owner is very helpful and friendly, the room is beautiful and well stocked. I will definitely stay here from now on for my at least once a year trip to Maui.

Everything about this property was exactly how it was described. Great dealing directly with this owner/managed property. So much better than dealing with a property management firm like in the past.
Our recent stay while on Thanksgiving vacation was amazing. The condo provided everything we needed and the location was perfect. We toured the entire island and this location was without a doubt the most serene, close to restaurants, shops, the beach of course and we always felt extremely safe! Chris, our host, did a great job of communicating with us and our needs through the stay.

The location is second to none in Kihei. Everything is within walking distance. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Chris was excellent to deal with and was very responsive to any questions before and during our visit. Looking forward to rebooking.
Location can’t be beat. Close to shopping, restaurants and right across from beach. Beautiful grounds. Condo well appointed and clean with access to two pools on the property. Would definitely book again.
The condo was beautiful with abundant amenities, as well as beach equipment including many for children . Chris made everything go smoothly and was very helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this one bedroom condo to anyone.

The property at Kihei Akahi #C310 was an excellent choice just minutes from beach! Also the owner/host was very responsive and even provided is mobile for emergencies and encourage us to reach-out for anything! Fortunately everything was perfect with the place.
Aloha! This is a very nice property in an excellent location in Kihei. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is a wonderful cross-breeze that keeps the condo very pleasant and with two split a/c units, it is easy to drop the internal temp, if desired. The condo and the overall grounds are very well maintained. The owner of the condo (Chris) was very welcoming and responsive. We are glad we chose C-310 as home base for our vacation to Maui.
Our first time to Maui and we couldn’t have been happier. The condo was perfectly suited for our autistic son. Perfect location and just feet from the beach and local eateries. We will definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed. Oh, and the host is phenomenal. Such a friendly guy and he really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
My friend and I had a great time at Kihei Akahi. It was wonderful to be right across from a nice beach that wasn't too crowded and to have a lot of food options nearby. No issues with outside noises and place is remodeled well.

A friend and I took a last minute trip to Maui and found an amazing deal on this great condo. The condo really had everything listed and more! Chris was great to work with, offering many suggestions of food, places to take walks to see sea turtles and several other things. Great location to walk too many beaches and restaurants (Fred's is great!). The view from the condo is nice and the grounds were well maintained. The condo was clean and we'll maintained with comfortable beds and plenty of linens/towels. I will definitely stay here again when going to Maui!
My friend and I loved the accommodations, area, restaurants, beach, and the generous help the owner gave us. It was our first trip to Maui and hopefully many more visits will occur!
