This condo was perfect for our stay in Kihei. It was well supplied with towels, full kitchen and beach equipment. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and pleasant. The owners and property managers supplied us with lots of information about the condo and where to find things. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to our vehicle. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to have separate heat pumps/AC in each bedroom and living room, and ceiling fans, so you could control each space very easily. This accommodation definitely checked all the boxes for us!
We have stayed at this condo multiple times, and it continues to provide the basis for a fantastic vacation experience. Located across the road from one of the best beaches in all of Maui, the pools, grills, and grounds of the complex are kept in great condition. This first-floor condo has received new, quality furniture since our last stay, and, as always, the kitchen is fully equipped to easily prepare and serve full meals (the knives are sharp and it even has garlic & lime presses and ice-cream scoop!). For the Beach it has 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 Boogie Boards, 2 Beach blankets, a cooler, a buggy, and assorted sand-toys. We'll be back!
Wonderful condo and great location. The beach is literally across the street and condo had all the beach gear you need including a buggy to make the haul easier. My kids enjoyed boogie boards and sand toys. Condo had space for 2 families, total of 7 people and kitchen was fully equipped. We mostly cooked and had all the needed items. There are multiple stores within walking distance and more plazas just a short drive away.
One minor thing was the noisy neighbors on the 2nd floor above us. But this has nothing to do with the condo itself.
Condo was well stocked with items for beach and stay in condo. Deck does not get sun in morning or afternoon if that is an important component to picking a place. Close walk to pool, tennis courts. Great location for walking to beach which is great for all ages. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and loved they had enough pillows! Pull out couch was also comfortable. We would stay here again.
Beautiful 9 days in Maui. Prime Kihei location...steps from the Kamamole Beach II. The condo worked for my familes need during our stay. Aside from some plumbing issues (not related to the condo...but rather the sewage line), we were happy with our stay.
Everything was wonderful, great location. Enough room to fit my whole family. My only issue was the bed in the master bedroom was terribly uncomfortable. It had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress and my back was sore for most of the vacation. Other than that it was great.
Loved staying at this place. My borther lives in Kehi, came for his wedding on the 4th of July. There was 6 of us and it was comfortable. Its a 5 min walk straight to the beach and not too over crowded. Easy check in and check out. Lots of beach amenities. Chairs,wagon,boogie boards,bags,coolers,sand toys, tennis raquets/balls,beach towels. Pool was awesome to have, had 2 grills for grilling and bathrooms in the pool area. Walking distance to many souvineer shops,ice cream,coffee,breakfast,lunch and dinner options. AC was great to have in the middle of July. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need if you prefer to cook. Everything is nicely labeled. Pull out couch/bed was decent! TV instructions were a bit hard and confusing, never got it to work so we only were able to watch one channel after finally finding netflix. Didnt watch much TV though as we were at the beach all day everyday. Probably could have reached out for help but wasn't worried about watching TV. There are outdoor showers closer to the entrance by the road which was nice as well. My complaints would be the family above us that was extremely loud it sounded as of they were doing serious renovation,not sure if tjey were vositors like us or permememamt residents. And the other would be fan on the porch that blew hot air towards table and chairs outside, think the fan was from the AC units inside but not sure. Besides that, I would definitely recommend staying here.
Great location! room had everything we needed and more. the kids had a great time at the beach with all the sand toys and the boards.
Only negative comment is that everyday we would find a roach. Not sure if it is a normal thing considering it is an island.
This condo is perfectly located right in the middle of Kihei. Condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed. The management company My Perfect Stay was available when we needed them and took care of all of our questions quickly and efficiently. I was a little concerned about a lot of reviewers complaining about an overbearing Superintendent... we have 3 loud kids and we didn't have any issues. The condo is right across the street from kihei beach. You are on the ground floor so your kids have access to the beautiful green belt in the middle of the complex.
We were a party of 8, including 2 children, and this condo was perfect for our Maui vacation. The backyard area, pool, parking, proximity to the beaches and stores-- everything was convenient and perfect. The premises were also organized, clean & well-maintained. Highly recommended!
