Very nice and beautifully decorated condo that we will seriously consider using on our next visit. Since there is now door to the shower I do want to share with the owner a concern about the wood flooring getting wet while showering. We were very careful to dry the floor after each use but some guest may not be as concerned. Since the flooring is wood I would be worried the wood may stay wet and swell. Maybe a different shower head that directed the spray more downward would help. This is not a complaint, just an observation I would want to know about if I were the owner. Your condo and the beautifully landscaped property exceeded our expectations! Thank you for sharing your property with my family.

This condo is perfectly situated on the property with excellent views of the grass and ocean. Everything was very clean and well placed including books, games, and kitchen items. The owners are very responsive to any questions before your stay and have really done a great job with this offering. We would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the Poipu area. The property management company was also very helpful in getting fresh towels and answering any questions about local places to go.

The condo is very nice, lots of space, well stocked and very clean. It has a wonderful view of the ocean and vast green lawn overlooking the porch. It is nice to see families playing with young kids on the lawn. I highly recommend this unit.

Our family of 4 (including a 17 yr. old son and 19 yr. old daughter) really enjoyed our stay at this Kiahuna ocean view property. The owner and host Randal was quickly responsive to all of our questions and provided a great list of 'things you might want to know' which was very helpful as this was our first trip to Kauai. The space was clean and nicely decorated and full of great informational magazines and books about the island. The ocean view kitchen, dining area and lanai were an absolute treat! Despite all our adventures on the island, enjoying a cup of coffee on the lanai was one of my favorite memories. The pull out couch bed is more comfortable for smaller people but the ocean views and included beach accessories make this place a highly recommended place to stay.

We loved everything about this beautiful condo. A few things we especially appreciated - decor, plenty of kitchen counter space, late afternoon shade on the lanai, tall table and chairs on lanai to take advantage of the view, beach chairs and umbrella. We will return!

The condo was such a great place to relax after a day of exploration and a short walk out to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. It was well furnishes and clearly recently renovated with the kitchen and bathroom standing out. the AC was great to have in the afternoons too! We didn't want to leave and will definitely consider this property for a future trip.

I only have positive things to say about this place. The condo itself is immaculate. Pros- Superb quality finish to condo, bathroom, kitchen etc- Bed is big and oh so comfy- sofa bed really easy to pull out and also high quality - stocked with all beach equipment you could need - aircon is excellent and v effective - the location and view is prime for the resortCons- none!! Owners have done a tremendous job and if you stay here you will have a great time :)
