Was an amazing home that fight our family beautifully! We loved coming home and relaxing by the pool each night. The air conditioning was a life saver.
Great area and very nice home to stay in while visiting Kauai.
Our stay was made more enjoyable by the beautiful property that was just like the pictures showed. The location was close to everything and everyone had a wonderful time.
Well maintained and presented home. Easy access to activities in the Poipu area. Heated in ground pool was a bonus at the end of the day and having AC available.Pool was especially appreciated by my 8-year-old grandsons.
We stayed here with 2 families with kids ranging from 7-17. They layout of the house, pool, size, bedding, bathrooms, etc. worked really well for our group. We had everything we needed. The finishes in the house are a little dated, but everything was clean. The location works really well and we felt very safe. I would stay here again.
A great place for my family to stay the holiday. We really enjoyed the property and the quick response from the hosts.

Our family of four had a great stay. The house location was great to access restaurants and beaches. The house was as advertised and we really enjoyed the pool.
This home is in a beautiful neighborhood near Poipu Beach. We enjoyed the open layout of the home with views from most of the living space to the gorgeous pool and backyard! The home is a great location near shopping, the beach and the town of Koloa.We have stayed here 3 times and look forward to coming back again.
The property and neighborhood was nice but all communications with the property manage were brash and rude. She yelled at me as soon as I answered the phone both times. We needed a house with a working washing machine and when we told the property manager that it was broken, they sent a handyman to "fix it" which was draining it and unplugging the machine, so I had to hike in sweaty dirty clothes because it was not fixed during our stay. I voiced the need for the washing machine to be in working condition to the manger and nothing was done to remedy the fact that the machine was broken.

I contacted property management numerous times regarding hot water or lack there of. It would be either scalding or not any at all. The Saturday after arrival we contacted management and a maintenance man came to the house saying it was a timer issue but we would have hot water because at that point we had none. Then we went to no hot water. Contacted them again. We were not at the home but know the maintenance manager had returned. It was initially scalding and then went to again....cold. The next day I contacted management and she came to the house immediately which was appreciated and then went on to s text she read from her phone via the maintenance manager how it is a large house and it will take a while. Start the faucets in the main bath where we were stating before everyone else showers. While she was there it was hot in our bathroom. That was around 2pm. Only I showered and then we again were left without hot water. It was hit or miss the entire week but we realized they were never going to fix it. Two friends showered elsewhere and myself and 2 others had to plan when to shower at different times so we could at least have lukewarm water and not ice cold. We were offered an early check in but when we arrived the cleaning staff was there and we startled them. We then were offered a later check out which we appreciated but that too was not communicated to the cleaning staff brought their kids to swim and we again surprised them.

Location is ideal. Perfect spot in Poipu, easy to explore multiple locations, close to multiple grocers, restaurants, koloa. Safe neighborhood and easy in/out. The Athletic Club access is a great perk as they have awesome facilities for those who need a gym. The house itself has a good layout. None of the bathrooms are ensuite, but there is one for each room. One bathroom is opposite side of the house near garage and laundry, but we were only two families. the laundry machines were excellent. If you're looking for any kind of luxury, look elsewhere. While the house was clean, furnishings and everything else are old, and worn. It does have everything you will need, but in the kitchen for example, kind of haphazardly organized, sometimes multiple or duplicates of the same thing. In a way, it doesn't feel like a rental. The pool was great. The heat wasn't turned on when we arrived, so by time staff came and did so (very responsively) it took another day to heat up, but was clean and very nice. As others have commented, the surface around the pool has worn down its surfacing, so the rocks are uncomfortable to walk on, but they do have sandals to use. The rest of the yard and landscaping are nice and peaceful with good privacy. Overall, compared to other listings in the area, pricing is fair for what you get, even if it seems high. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We enjoyed our stay so close to our local favorites in popiu beach . The house is dated and amenities limited, so if you are high maintenance this place is not for you .We enjoyed the easy access, the spacious bedrooms each with AC unit ( AC unit was broken in front room and leaning in master bedroom and unfortunately not repaired during our stay) . The pool was our favorite part of the home , we enjoyed hanging in the pool w drinks and bbq ! The house offers many pool and sand toys w ice chest and chairs ... made for a perfect stay!
