Amazing stay from beginning to end. It’s a perfect unit. Great decor. Wonderful view and location. Only a minute or two walk to the beach. Deena is a fantastic host. You won’t regret your stay here amongst the beautifully manicured tropical grounds of Kiahuna Plantation @ Poipu.

Communication with Deena, the owner, was outstanding. Every question submitted to her prior to arrival was answered immediately. A welcome personal note was received upon check in along with a gift card for my adult granddaughter who was celebrating her birthday. We were literally steps from the beach and were even able to walk to a local Poipu luau which was very convenient. Kitchen was well supplied, bed was ever so comfy and after a warm June day at the beach, the AC was especially welcome! Thank you !
Highly recommend this condo! A/C, newly remodeled, and a super responsive owner. Loved the included towel exchange and easy lawn access—perfect for the kids to play right outside.

This is a great place for our little family. The ground level unit is wonderful to walk out and walk over to the beach. The shops across the street are nice and Poipu beach is a quick 3 minute drive away. The pull out mattress could be replaced for something much more comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The host was so sweet and left a gift card for the coffee shop across street and a hand written note, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Would stay here again!
Communication was excellent, the place was gorgeous inside love the Lanai walking out onto the grass just a short path to the beach.
We stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon and it was an amazing place to stay. Not only was the unit itself fantastic and well equipped, the grounds were very well kept on this condominium site. It’s a very short and easy walk to Kiahuna beach with amazing views and incredible sunsets. To go a step further, the host of this unit, Deena, truly went above and beyond in accommodating my wife and I. We were greeted by the front desk staff with a letter from Deena which contained a hand written note and also a gift card to a local & popular coffee shop in town. We loved our stay here and we really enjoyed the south side of the island. This is a great unit with AC and very nice hosts. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you again Deena!
We had such a great time during our time here on Kauai and the Vrbo was amazing. Fully updated with AC. Hostess was attentive and got back to us wi the answers to our questions. Perfect location on the property with quick access to the beach. The access to the health club across the street was the cherry on top. Beautifully redone pool with full service restaurant. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Very comfortable 1BR a short walk from the beach. Very quiet and conveniently located. Loved the Poipu Athletic Club across the street with pool, gym and classes (small fee). Bonus was the coffee shop on the way. Kiahuna is a short drive from the Shops (fancier restaurants) and Koloa town (more casual). Deena is fantastic - responsive and thoughtful. Loved everything!
Lovely stay in Poipu for a three day stay-cation. Enjoyed the beach which is only a short walk from the condo. Lava’s on Poipu Beach at the Sheraton was great for lunch, as was Red Salt next door for breakfast. Mahalo for the hospitality.
Wonderful property, close to the beach, lots of green space for outdoor games and activities, owner was great and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.
Second time staying in this unit. I’m so thankful for Deena and all she does to make our stay wonderful from reservations, my nonsense questions, to our sad departure. I will always try to book this unit as it just “fits”. We had 15 of us on the property this time, all in proximity to one another. Outrigger staff is phenomenal. Thank you, Deena, for letting me relax here once again.

Everything about the property was great ! I can’t say enough good things ! A/C worked excellently which I am so glad I had , as the nights were a little warm, location was great , both the condo and in poipu. You can walk everywhere. It is located between two resorts , which has no impact on the stay, and actually is wonderful because you get the amenities without the noise and foot traffic. The condo was in excellent condition, super clean and updated, pictures are spot on. The grounds are pristine, gorgeous and tropical , VERY well maintained . There are not hordes of people around or large groups gathered, it was INCREDIBLY quiet , no road traffic. The beach was perfect , waves were a little high but nothing you couldn’t float in, perfect for beginning surfers and tweens / teens but it was windy during my stay. It would have been too much for little ones , but there is a great pool with a beach for them across the way , by the gym. Which was also a plus. Nothing fancy but a good amount of equipment . There is a restaurant in the same complex , so you can get poolside drinks and walk home ! The unit doesn’t have a beach view but it really is a 2 min walk around a corner , and honestly , it didn’t matter as I spent most of my time at the beach on the beach chairs ( provided in the room! ) with my feet in the sand . I will highly recommend it for my friends and family and plan on going back.
This unit is fabulous and the location is even better. The property manager is quick to respond and very helpful. The unit had everything we needed and more. I appreciated the little extra touches!! Toys, snorkeling gear and chairs for the beach, fully stocked kitchen, vanity mirror, etc.. Also, access to the gym and the classes at Poipu was a total bonus. I easily was able to keep up with my fitness routine. We will definitely stay again.
Great super convenient property. Never see such manicured grounds. Listing was accurate. Units washer and dryer are across complex. Would stay again for sure. Super responsive hosts and well equipped unit . Great find.
We loved everything about the Kiahuna Plantation! 21 family spent Christmas in 6 condos there. It was perfect.
