Amazing House and in a great location. Not really walking distance to the beach if you're making a day of it and hauling stuff, but for a morning walk, it's close enough. Parking wasn't an issue when driving to the beach with chair, boards, etc.
We were here on a Monday-Friday stay. We were told to put the garbage out one night but someone showed up at did it for us, they put it away as well. Another day we got home to find the landscapers there, didn’t know they were coming. When we left we went to stay at another place on the north shore for a couple days before flying home and we left an item at the house of sentimental value, and the cleaners said they didn’t find it, which I find hard to believe since it was left on the kitchen counter. There’s part of the house that are gorgeous like the pool and the AC in the bedrooms, but there’s other parts that have no updated what so ever. There are spots where paint has been ripped from the wall and doors, but the flooring in beautiful. The cooler in the garage has a broken wheel which made trying to take any drinks and snacks to the beach a bit more entertaining than we anticipated. Overall, you’re getting what you pay for. When other houses in the neighborhood are nearly twice the price per night, I’m guessing they are a bit more updated. It did the job we needed it to do.
We had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom rental home, which was perfect for our family of eight. The space was incredibly well thought out, with plenty of storage throughout the house to keep things organized during our stay. The home came equipped with a pack and play for our infant, which was a huge convenience and made traveling with a baby much easier. The kitchen was beautiful, making meal prep a breeze, and we especially enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ for family dinners by the pool. The private pool was a major highlight it was clean, well-maintained, and a hit with both kids and adults. We would definitely recommend this home to other families looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway.
The house was great. We loved having a pool and the privacy. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a small bathroom. It was a bit crowded and we didn’t get a lot of towels. We did have a w/d so we washed towels a few times. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool guy gave us some great recommendations! We misread the checkout time and they were very nice about it. Great trip to Kauai overall!
The property location, pool and size was perfect for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable, AC in the rooms very nice and it was easy and close to get to nearby beaches. Some things were very dated and would be nice to have replaced like the oven(which is gas), and the master shower. I know it's a very humid climate so paint peeling here and there is to be expected. Management and maintenance were prompt to come and repair things or answer questions. I could not find a broom or dust pan anywhere, but overall it was a great place to stay!
And so glad we picked the waterfall house! Warm and inviting home. Excellent pool and other outdoor areas. Close to shopping and beaches. More than enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Comfortable furniture inside and out. The property management was great too! Easy to communicate with and helpful with booking activities. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting this amazing island!

The home was better than the photos! The kids had a blast, conveniently located, spacious, has all the amenities you need. The pool was fun and the windows in the home made everything feel so open. Like you were in your own private oasis! We had a slight issue with something in the home while we were there and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Highly recommend the home and this company who hosts the home.
This house was the perfect spot for our two families (4 adults and 4 teens). It was well appointed for anything needed to enjoy your stay, had ample space, seating was plentiful, and the outdoor living spaces were fabulous. It set a great tone for several days of enjoying this beautiful island. The only negative I have is the listing notes it is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach which isn’t the case. Walking to baby beach is 20-25 minutes. We rented cars so it wasn’t an issue to get where we wqnted to go, but the beach being in close proximity was one of the primary reasons we selected this property. Enjoy your stay at this lovely home. We most certainly did!
Good place to hang with family
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The outdoor spaces really allowed you to relax and unwind. The pool had just the right mix of shade and sun throughout the day. We loved having morning coffee on the back patio and listening to the birds as the sun came up. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. We liked having the beach chairs and umbrellas available. There are some things about the home that needed updated like the blinds in the bedrooms that were missing several slats and didn't allow for full privacy and the oven. Overall, these things would not have changed our mind about the property but should be addressed for this to be a luxury property. Would stay again because of the location, neighborhood and pool.
Beautiful home, took our family of 6 on vacation this last week. This place was perfect for us, we were wanting an opportunity to relax and recharge for the upcoming farming season. This property did just that, was quite, very little traffic. Close enough to eating places, beach and shopping. Beautiful area!
If you desire a spacious, quiet and beautiful retreat from the hustle & bustle of the beach front, then this is the place for you!
I wish I could give this property 5 stars! Bad: The AC is only in the bedrooms, so it can be hot during the day time. The jack and Jill bathroom between the bedrooms doesn’t have a lock. Our guest didn’t love that. The master shower is failing apart and the water pressure is weak. My guess is it was last updated in the 90’s. Good: Super cool location. We loved the pool, waterfall, and abundant seating. It gets great light and brings nature into the living space. Lots of trash space, we were there over Xmas, and they stocked the toilet paper. The kitchen was a 4/5. It was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment but the fridge wasn’t very cold.
We came for the week to celebrate our son graduating from college. We love Kauai and all it has to offer.
We had a beautiful peaceful stay. The property was clean and well appointed. Plenty of space for the 7 of us . Our stay was amazing!
Our stay at this rental home near Poipu Beach was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond to any questions we had and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay.
The home itself was well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the private pool—it was crystal clear, wonderfully refreshing, and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
The location couldn't have been better—just a short drive to the beautiful Poipu Beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and plenty of beach time. This home truly provided the ideal balance of comfort, convenience, and luxury.
We can't recommend this place enough and would gladly stay here again!
We loved our stay! We did notice that the ice machine and the jets in the master bathtub weren’t working. Aside from, everything was incredible!!!
The waterfall house is very unique and not very comfortable. The house has mice and possibly a rat living there. We found fruits eaten on the counter and underneath furniture. The house was not clean and there were many things that did not work. The window in a bathroom wouldn’t close because crank is broken and both shower doors are broken and don’t latch shut The Air conditioning units were loud in bedrooms
Too many tvs and mirrors while other decor was very substandard. Not lending to a comfortable setting… One chair on pool deck was broken. And until we asked for someone to come clean we didn’t have enough towels and washcloths. Someone did come clean after we requested it and they left more towels. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone.
