This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath 2-story beachy, tropical treehouse-feel condo is located on the 35 acres of impeccably landscaped tropical gardens of Kiahuna Plantation; considered to be the only beachfront complex in beautiful Poipu, Kauai. Year after year Poipu Beach is consistently voted one of the top 10 beaches in all of Hawaii by respected travel magazines. Air Conditioning installed on both floors!

Unit 140 is a contemporary decorated and furnished end unit conveniently located in the middle of the resort (Building 21) with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean along with the feel of being in a tropical treehouse. It offers privacy away from the road, the busyness of the beach, and the noise of the frogs in the beautiful lagoons. The upper floor greets you with a massive vaulted ceiling into the great room with open-concept living, an updated kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room opens to the front and back balconies. Downstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bath, ample closet space, and a private lanai. Down the hall are a second full bath, washer/dryer, and second bedroom (2 twin beds) with ample closet space. The storage closet contains several boogie boards and other beach items. (We try to check on the stock of these items, but since they are unsecured, we cannot guarantee they will be there. However, let us know, and we will try to accommodate any special items before your arrival/during your stay.)

Scattered throughout the plantation, as well as near the unit’s front door, are well-maintained and impeccably clean barbecue grills if you wish to dine and enjoy the sunset, along with your favorite beverage. Full use of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club and pool is included in your stay.

Kiahuna Plantation has several large, well-maintained lawn areas great for socializing and family activities. The beach is absolute perfection with many water activities for all ages. Beach chairs and towels are complimentary for guests at “The Beach Hut” where you can book surf lessons along with several other activities.
