We were stuck for 5 days due to a cancelled flight. This condo was 5 star in cleanliness, beautiful garden and partial ocean view. Property is very well maintained with private beach (some of the best snorkeling we’ve seen), beach hut, snorkel gear, body board, sand toys, beach towels and onsite bbq /washer dryer access. Smart TV, cable,, kitchen and modern Needs for family. Felt very luxurious yet cozy. Sabrina is the best host and very attentive. Would definitely stay again next time we come back to Kauai to visit family in nearby city of Lihue..

Worked well. walking distance to athletic club, restaurants, convenience store a plus. Clean, enough dishes to cook meals if you like. We will stay here again.
The description is exactly what you get. Easy access to beach, laundry, and 10 minutes to shopping. Go to Costco or Safeway to save $$!
The location was great! The beach adjacent to the property is one of the best! We were across the street from a shopping center with great shops and some delicious restaurants. We were led to believe from the VRBO map that our specific building and room was closer to the water but it was actually the furthest building from the water in the complex. It’s a 5 minute walk, but the grounds are beautiful and it wasn’t a big deal. The only real surprise were the true plantation shutters on the windows (this resort is “Kiahuna Plantation”) that don’t have glass and let in noise. There are wild chickens everywhere in Kauai and the roosters literally crow all through the night. We figured out how to run the fans to muffle the sound and sleep. Just plan to bring some ear plugs and turn on some white noise and you should be ok. Full kitchen facilities, and 2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided in the unit, along with beach towel card for fresh towels at the beach. This is a very beautiful place and we would stay here again.
This property was everything the ad says it is. AC was a really nice addition. Really nice remodel and updated unit. Had all the necessities (minus a few spices for cooking, but that’s not a big deal). The host was awesome to communicate with. Very responsive to initial questions. Had to change dates on the front and had no issues at all. Don’t forget about cleaning fees in the units (while it should be obvious, it wasn’t to us. But the host clarified our concerns and I had no issues paying). The unit is very well kept! Above all, there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the back lanai.

Had a bit of confusion/miscommunication about the building number when we arrived in the middle of the night, but everything was smooth after that. Great location, clean unit, and quick communication with the host. We stayed with our two young kids and they loved it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Weren’t told about manditory cleaning and towel exchange fees during the stay. Were informed of a very high cleaning fee at the end of the stay, that should have been enough.

This place was a great home base for my wife and I as we explored the island. The condo is the perfect size for a couple, and we quickly found ourselves having breakfast on the shady lanai every morning. The condo went from great to awesome, however, because of the air conditioning. The property/resort was well-kept, gorgeous, and very close to the beach; the pool/club is across the street, but as this unit is on the north side of the resort, it's still within walking distance.
All-in-all, it was a great place to stay!

My wife and I had a great stay in this unit. The cooler, chairs, boogie boards were a great touch. Easy walking distance to the local shops / restaurants. The happy hour at Kalapaki Joe’s was the best! Would stay here again.

Two burners on the stove don’t work. Made it hard to cook dinner. Also found cockroaches in our bathroom
The property is our favorite family spot. We will do it again. This unit is on the third floor but has a partial ocean view. 😊

What a great location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We had an ocean view with an air conditioned room. The lanai was huge. The suite had everything we needed. We had easy communication with the owner. The beach was really good and only a ten minute walk. We took advantage of the health club across the street as it was free with our stay. We loved the place and are looking at coming back next year.
Beautiful partial ocean condo (#98) amply stocked with the basics that a beach home ought to have, especially the kitchen that has everything one needs to cook. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, small cooler on wheels are provided also. Fairly comfortable bed and decent furniture. Maintenance—the Outrigger’s responsibility, is lacking though: clogged bathroom sink was reported, but nobody came to fix it after 4 days and there was a roach in the kitchen cupboard. Nonetheless, our hostess, Sabina, was efficiently responsive to whatever questions we had during our entire stay; tried her best to get the Outrigger to do its part.
Our stay was fine. The condo was dated, but clean. Bedroom was a bit warm even with the air conditioner running at 66-68. Basic kitchen necessities. A couple boogie boards available. Location very close to Poipu Beach. Probably an 8 min walk to the resort beach. There’s a hut at the beach for towels and surf board rentals. The grounds are well maintained and gardens are beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay. Right by beach, has a great pool. The unit I would rate 6 out if 10. The louver doors don’t work right, a cabinet in the kitchen won’t close, can’t turn off the ceiling fan In the living room and more. We asked for early check in and had to wait a half-hour later than check in to see our greeter and get the key. Would stay there again.
