The sunsets alone are a good reason to stay, but the unit was well maintained, conveniently located for Kepuhi Beach, and was a great break and ability to just relax.
Our stay in Molokai was glorious. Ted and Nancy”s place was so comfortable and inviting. We cannot wait to make Molokai part of our annual trip to Hawaii from now on. We will definitely book this place again.
Beautiful property! I really enjoyed my time there. My only hesitation is that there are no curtains to make it more private in the evenings. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
The view from the lanai is gorgeous. However, you are at the far end of island so restaurants and major groceries are a 20 minute drive away. A major issue for the elderly is the bedroom is upstairs but the bathroom is on the first floor.
First visit to Molokai and this was the perfect home base. Nancy and Ted have thought of everything a renter could possibly need. We did our grocery shopping right after we landed and found everything we needed to make all our meals in the very well-equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the attention to detail including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and small cooler. The only drawback of the whole experience is that the condo is in a complex with boarded up buildings. The grounds are lovely and well-tended, but the abandoned structures are a little sad to see. All in all we would still absolutely recommend Ted and Nancy’s condo and would stay here again when we return.
Property was very nice! Perfect ocean view and we loved hearing the waves at night. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensils you need.
Nice dishes and pots and pans. They even provide beach chairs, coolers and snorkeling equipment and boogie board. The condo was very comfortable and clean

Great place to stay everything about the property was excellent.
This property had an excellent location, beautiful view, close to pool. short walk to ocean and easy access to local sites. A bit "dated", but true to the pictures and had a good layout for 6 adults. I would recommend the pull-out couch for small children vs adults though. Quick response to any questions and easy directions and access to condo. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!
This condo was well equipped with every little thing you could ever need during your stay. And it was quality, too. :) Nice dishes, nice beach towels, very comfy bed, lots of spices and kitchen implements, etc. We were there during a historically cold and windy week and found the lanai was completely out of the wind; perfect for sitting and watching and listening to the crashing waves. We would definitely stay there again!
Great place to stay. There was a little hiccup at first, but the owner was quick to respond and then it was smooth sailing afterward. Condo was well stocked and you can’t beat the views and tranquility.
Unit is well kept and stocked. I will rent it again in the future. For those with disabilities, keep in mind the unit has stairs.
We had a wonderful visit to Molokai. It was our first time there and we met family from Alaska. Our condo was amazing! Beautiful view from the lanai, very comfortable and convenient. The beach is so close, you can hear the waves. The kitchen is really well equipped so preparing meals was easy. We loved this place and hope to return!
