Great welcoming condo that makes you feel welcomed and cared for! Extra clean and we’ve got everything we needed for our stay from beach chairs to great balcony set up and view! Location is amazing, 500 feet walk to the Keawakapu beach. We will certainly go back again!
This place was absolutely amazing, if you have a small gathering or family it’s one of the best places to stay on the island! You have sunset views of the ocean and beautiful surrounding scenery. Snorkel gear (except flippers) was provided at the property, plenty of towels for shower and beach. Its location was perfect for our trip also, you’re out of the way of traffic and are a bike ride or long walk away from everything in Kihei. Myperfectstays (property manager) was amazing and in constant communication throughout the trip. If i make the trip back to Maui, i definitely would book this place again over any all inclusive resort, best place to stay if you’re going to be experiencing the island!
We had a nice time staying her for a 2-week trip. We appreciated that it was a quieter location in Kihei but still convenient for getting everywhere we wanted to go.

This was my first time booking through vrbo. It wasnt a terrible experience however, the fees.....the fees were insane. Over a $1000. I could have easily booked through a resort instead.
The place and description were accurate. We could walk to the beach but with a toddler we just chose to drive. The beaches were perfect for our toddler too. Kama III and II. A little drive down south and we were at Wailea and the big resort beach.

We had a great time. Close to a very nice beach, very clean and convenient, super easy check in and out. Quiet and nice neighbors. Definitely recommended and will stay there again.
Fantastic condo!! It's 7 minutes walking to the beach! The condo itself is very clean!! The view from the balcony is nice as well. You can see chickens and roosters right outside! They are everywhere is Maui. The towels and linens are included and in great condition! We had no complaints when it came to the condo! We loved it and would definitely stay here again!!!
We had a great time in Maui!!! The condo was amazing! In the past I’ve only stayed at hotel. Mainly because of the concierge and the amenities. This condo was great! The emailed me contact info for a concierge, someone who could arrange activities and suggest places to go. The condo was perfect. We were a couple and a teenage girl staying. The condo was very clean! The towels and linens were provided and in great shape. The view from the balcony is perfect, it’s just what I expect from Hawaii. In previous Reviews someone complained about the laundry. It is outside and right below the unit, but we didn’t hear a thing! It is on the second floor, but The walls and floor are very thick! We we didn’t hear anything. The beach is a 7 mins walk from the condo. It does come with a parking spot which was huge for us. We rented a car. There’s shopping here but but since we had a rental car we didn’t walk anywhere. There were beach chairs and a cart to haul things to and from the beach. We could have used a boogie board, but that’s just nit picking. The place was awesome!!
All in all the condo was well worth the price and if we go to Maui again we will definitely stay here!!!
