I wish I could give a 4.5 stars. There were just a few little things that were less than perfect. We had to buy our own toilet paper ,soap, and shampoo etc. It would have been nice if those things could be restocked during a longer stay. The sleep sofa was not at all comfortable. Most people probably don't need to use it, but we did. Other than that it was great. We really enjoyed the whole complex and the condo itself. Great location and great extras like pickleball and tennis equipment. Some beach supplies as well. We had a great time there!
We had a wonderful time in a beautiful condo. The communication between me and the rental company was easy, check in and check out was quick and easy. The location and grounds were immaculate. I would definitely stay here again!
We were a large family group of 19 people staying at 4 condos at the KKSRC. This condo was absolutely one of our favorites. Clean, so quiet, cozy, had everything you could possibly need and more for your vacation. Loved the wrap around screened in porch surrounded by a garden, felt like our own private oasis. KKSRC is in an ideal location for exploring all parts of the island. Short walk to an incredible snorkel beach or a short drive to beautiful white sand beaches. We will return again and again. Highly recommend!
The property is centrally located on the grounds and near the pool and ball courts. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware and the beds were comfy. The unit is in need of some

The place is in need of some updating (popcorn ceiling) but our stay was pleasant. Nice view and location. Snorkeling right off the resort was lovely. Kids found a great spot to jump off the cliffs in to the ocean and spent hours doing so. AC was nice and needed. A few small things like no sheet or comforter specifically for sofa bed were disappointing but there were other sheets so we made it work. Overall I enjoyed the property.
The condo was exactly as described. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and ‘at home’ during our two week stay. The walk by the volcanic rock shore was absolutely beautiful with picture perfect sunsets.

Nice place well equiped. The pool and the bbq are priceless… thank you we enjoyed our stay and recommand to everyone!
This property was perfect for our family to stay in while we were on the island. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 and we were able to comfortably stay in it.
We enjoyed our stay… a little dated and an odd collection of things in the house. Very well situated. We did wish for AC a few times

Such an easy place to get comfortable and relax, everything you need is there for tennis, snorkelling, relaxing on the fantastic lanai and I gave the brewed coffee machine a solid workout during the stay! The R&S property is terrific with very nice grounds on the rugged coast with wonderful sunsets. Mahalo!

Kitchen had everything we needed and the the community pool was great for lap swims.
We did a lot of ocean paddling and had our first imu cooked Thanksgiving turkey. So delicious and the meat melted off the bone.
We look forward to returning again!

We absolutely loved this condo and location! It was the perfect distance from the activities we were a part of and sites we wanted to see. The condo is stocked with kitchen supplies, best I’ve ever seen! They also have beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. I would highly recommend renting from this VRBO!

Condo has just about anything you could think of, was nicely decorated and had large screened porch where we spent most of our time when we were there.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The location is fantastic, very close to downtown Kailua and good beaches. The grounds of the condo and the pool are very well kept. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a fine place to lay our heads at night after a long day at the beach. It wasn’t the nicest place we have stayed at while traveling in Hawaii. I feel it needs updating like lighting, windows, and blinds so they work in the guest bedroom (we couldn’t get them to close).
This was a great place to stay! Well equipped unit with a nice short walk to the ocean for some great sunset views. We were able to walk to two-step to snorkel and not have to worry about finding and paying for parking.
The barbeque area was nciely equipped with three barbeques and the pool are was a nice place to cool off. Would definitely recommend.

The place was perfect for 6 of us. My wife and I my mother in law and my 3 adult children. The pullout couch has a full thickness mattress, not a super thin one like you normally find. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of Hot Water for all of us shower one after the other. The A/C kept us cool during the hot days, and the patio was the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Beds were comfortable. There were umbrellas, a small cooler, and plenty of beach equipment available to use.
The unit was spacious with a large kitchen which was great for cooking a few meals at home. The enclosed lanai area was great for sitting and enjoying our morning coffee. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area and having KTA (grocery chain) and shave ice / boba tea up just up the street at Keauhou Shopping Plaza was very convenient.
We recently visited this beautiful property wiith our son and grandson. Our grandson had just graduated grade 12.
We were very impressed with the property. We have never stayed at a property that was so thoughtfully appointed. Our stay was wonderful.
