Beautiful views and a great location. Quiet too. A great place to stay. Owners were great communicators as well.
The condo was beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were amazing! We would definitely rent the condo again. The owners reached out to us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked due to family with celiac) and it had tons of seasonings which was great. The only thing it lacked was a hand mixer.
We (family + 1) stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in mid-July and had a great time - kids each got their own bedroom, my 13 year old loved the loft with its dedicated bathroom. Really nice lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean and the golf course. It is pretty centrally located if you have a car - Kona is 10 min away and there is a beach within a 10 min walk as well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as well with plenty of pots and pans and accessories - we made breakfast every day and cooked a few dinners as well with no problem.
The owners were responsive and quick to fix any issues - our screen door wasn't closing right and they got a handyman out the same day to fix it. There is some beach equipment there - chairs, some flippers, beach towels, etc - we bought snorkel gear at costco which was almost the same price as renting it. There is a Longs Drugs and supermarket within a 3-5 min drive as well, but do note that most stores and restaurants close down around 9pm, and almost nothing is open after 11.
The community pool and hot tub are nice, but they are kind of strict on no toys in the pool and no excessive noise - if you are looking for a party condo this is not the place, def more towards quiet relaxing time (which was fine with us). The only thing that bugged us is once a week the workers use gas powered leaf blowers at 8am, and since you have to have the windows open to cool down it will wake everyone up, but it just happened a few times. The 2 bedrooms have AC but we only used them a few times when it got really hot, most of the time ceiling and vertical fans were able to keep everyone cool enough.
All in all a great condo to rent, esp if you have older kids that want their own bedrooms. Definitely recommended!

We arrived in the night and found our reserved parking spot (so convenient) got to the door and when we opened we were treated to a property even more beautiful than the pictures suggested. The rooms are big, the bathrooms are nice (especially having three in Hawaii!)
This review is going to be long, but it’s meant to really give you confidence in booking.
Kitchen - very well
Stocked with equipment, very good appliances and cookware. Living room, you won’t spend much time here because hey it’s paradise, but ample comfy seating and a great tv.
Lanai - balcony - huge. View of the ocean, pool, golf course and so many trees. Done out here as much as you can on big table. The grill works good, so use it to keep the heat out of the house and enjoy the view while cooking.
Bedrooms - master is lovely with access to lanai, high ceiling like the living room and attached bath with sliding door for toilet and shower privacy.
The second bedroom is huge and has a portable air conditioner which you don’t need to turn lower than 75 as it is very efficient for this room. The second bath is right outside this room and also the main bath for daily usage. It houses full sized washer and dryer as well, so pack lighter than you would for an overpriced hotel and enjoy this amazing amenity.
Loft - send your kids up here (spiral stair case ) for twin beds and a little bath. They slept like rocks up there :-). I will note, you don’t want little kids - under 8/9 up here, to much risk for falling on the stairs. Otherwise it’s a rare treat to have so many REAL beds for such a rental.
They included four chairs and some beach mats for usage as well as plenty of towels. There are two small but very functional umbrellas as well.
As for stuff to do, research in advance and early booking is the way. Luaus can get booked up, we recommend the Hilton (40 minute drive north)
My daughter took surfing lessons at Kona surf shop two miles north and it was a lifetime memory. They got her up on the first try!

We had an amazing time during our stay and the condo was perfect for our needs! Close to shopping and multiple beaches!!! An absolute must stay!!!
This property is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped, bedrooms are very cozy and the balcony is spacious, we enjoyed watching some amazing sunsets while having dinner on the balcony. Pretty convenient location, close the the shopping plaza and beautiful Magic San Beach.

This condo/ house was better than the pictures- very unusual for us from that point of view. Usually we rent places where pictures are better :)
Good hosts, very responsive. Great location and nice views. Gentle breeze flowing everyday - turn on the fan and life is good…. Very nice vacation with family with plenty of room for everyone and 3 full baths.
There were some cockroaches and mosquitoes but that comes with being in tropical climates like Hawaii and other places.
Couldn’t have asked for a better host. The condo was exactly as advertised. The beds were amazing. No hidden details.
