This is our fourth time staying at KS&RC, first time in this condo. As always, this place is epic. The condo was perfect for a place to decompress from our usual lives, provide a base camp for our week of diving, and enjoy a week of getting quiet while looking at the ocean. The condo has everything anyone would need and was beautiful. Thank you. God bless.

The good: fantastic view, loved the location, grounds beautiful and peaceful, comfy bedThe bad: bathrooms badly in need of updating, can hear every move upstairs neighbors make, few more roaches than I had hoped. Overall: would stay again (just hope for quieter neighbors). Great sunset views. Loved being near KTA grocery store, Clover and Mug coffee shop and Royal Thai retaurant shop

Excellent relaxing location, well furnished with dishes, cups and cookware. The condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of basic supplies (tissue, soap, laundry supplies, etc) to last our entire stay. This complex is on the quiet end of Ali'i Drive away from the downtown portion. Quality restaurants within driving distance, Randy's Huli Chicken and Ribs road side food was excellent, seek it out! The condo itself sits just yards away from the ocean, so listening to sounds of the surf crash was a great way to fall asleep and wake up. If you want to unwind and just enjoy the peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Coffee on the lanai in the morning with the cool breeze, or the view of the ocean as the sun sets in the evening.

The location of this condo is perfect for watching the waves and enjoying a beautiful sunset. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and the coolers were appreciated.The condo is in need of an update: the furniture and fixtures are very dated. Some issues that need to be addressed: cracks in kitchen tiles, the outdoor lounge chairs are rusted, and the washing machine drum is cracked/ taped together.The kayak in the 2nd bedroom was awkward behind the beds. Would be nice to mount it above the beds to create a better flow in the room.
Very nice but has some maintenance issues. The slider door screen off the master bedroom does not slide. The right back burner on the stove is inoperable. The other burners need to be leveled. For longer stays it would be helpful to have a vacuum. We did have some difficulties navigating the remote controls for the TV. But that could have been the fact that we are seniors. It is an enjoyable unit and would return
Roaches- not a few, but a lot. I expect an occasional roach on the island, but the kitchen (especially) was infested. I previously stayed in a unit down the hall without this issue. The unit is extremely outdated and worn, and only the kitchen has been renovated. It was disappointing. The view and the location cannot be beat, which is why I chose this complex again. You will fall asleep every night to the sound of the surf. The sunsets are beautiful. There are several beaches nearby. While that can't be beat, we were extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit and the bug issue.
