Loved our stay here. They thought of everything one might need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked even had coffee. the beds were really comfortable.. the patio was beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We had a wonderful time
So pleased to have all the beach stuff to use on our trips to the beach. It felt next level to not have to concern ourselves about that stuff. The location is perfect and was easy to get to all the place we wanted to see on that side of the island.
The property agency was easy to get ahold of and we were really appreciative. The unit itself is decent and had a lot of amenities. The washer broker but it was handle.
We were staying at the property to attend a major outrigger paddling competition. The location is outside the hustle and bustle of Kona and we appreciated the quiet. The site amenities such as pool and BBQs were great for us. The lanai was pleasant and provided us with a range of seating arrangements for the group in addition to indoor living room. The rooms were fairly spacious and the beds comfortable. AC is an optional extra charge but definitely needed in summer. The kitchen was well set up with all the pots, pans and dishes we needed. A few spices and dried herbs were also available. The washer was in the process of being replaced but we were fairly compensated and also offered an option to move should we have preferred that option. Because we were paddling and competing laundry was important to us. The management company responded very quickly to this and another small maintenance issue. Things happen but they were quickly remediated. It is a very good option for a group or larger family and we would definitely stay here again.
We immensely enjoyed our stay in this fabulous condo. It had amazing views, good size bedrooms with AC in every room, fabulous balcony, and the condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Would stay here again in the future!

The condo was perfect for our family. Our granddaughter Sophia referred to it as our Hawaii home and that it just the way it made us feel. The lanai was so relaxing, we had Kona coffee in the morning and wine at night. The condo had everything you needed for a day at the beach. Great place to stay with family
Very nice homely feel. Spacious apartment. Gated community. All the amenities you would expect, good A/C, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on main floor and a 2nd floor loft bedroom. Lots of TV channels. Very clean. Good location...easy drive to airport and tourists spots along the way. Supermarket around the corner.

This is an amazing place to stay. Many restaurants in the area and just a short drive (10 min) to the pier area where you can find all the shopping, food, entertainment, and excursions, and beaches you would need for a great vacation. The house is perfect for a group of friends or family. It has lots of indoor and outdoor space for gathering or relaxing. The hosts were attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back.
We stayed here as a pit stop to our adventures on the big island. The property was perfectly located for us, slightly south of town but convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Just a short car ride to downtown and the restaurants.
This is the perfect property to watch the sun set over the pacific. While not ideal for swimming, the shoreline and small beach were just steps away. A private paradise with only a handful of other guests in sight.
