Amazing balcony and ocean-facing windows in every room (except bathroom). Views of Haleakalā summit, the ocean, and both sides of the bay. Loving coming home to geckos outside the front door every night. Would return again! Very quiet during the day and at night, aside from the crashing of waves. The volume and pattern of the waves was different every night, you are really right on the beach and the waves are wonderfully loud. Sandy beach for walking and swimming. Perfect location. 10-15 min drive to Kihei (grocery, restaurants), 10 minutes from the dock, 5 min to wildlife refuge, 1 min to convenience store. Top floor. Elevator down to pool/beach and parking. Well kept grounds. Air conditioning was excellent. The master bedroom has its own window-style unit, and the rest of the apartment has another such unit. We need AC to sleep and it got cool enough at night in both bedrooms. There are a few fans you can use & ceiling fans if you'd rather enjoy the fresh ocean air. Well stocked kitchen supplies, beach towels, cleaning supplies including vacuum. Everything perfectly clean. Mini laundry unit worked great.Good layout, pretty much anywhere you are you can see the ocean out a window. Bathroom layout is likely a little tight if you have a walker. Good shower with seat built in, but no handrails. Covered parking garage with elevator. Good communication from local site manager when we couldn't find the garage opener (which was obsolete).
Beach/ocean view was breathtaking and lifted our spirits. Rooms were clean, host was helpful, pool was clean and never crowded. However the parking garage below looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
My family has a wonderful time. I’ve stayed at other properties in this complex and this one is by far the most beautiful. It is well appointed and comfortably laid out. The view is breathtaking. Communication is succinct and timely. Thank you for everything!
Beautiful view right on the beach. Almost felt like a private beach. Plenty of space and very comfortable
My family really enjoyed staying at this condo in North Kihei. Beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets. Right on the water, so the sounds of crashing waves lulled me to sleep. Kitchen has all you need to cook daily dinners, plus beach chairs. Pool is great. The beach is mellow and great for kids. Half mile walk on the beach to a bakery, farmer's market/cafe, shave ice, and ABC store. Covered garage parking. Would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay, the view was wonderful. You could hear the waves from your bedroom. Nice quiet area, aside from the occasional rooster haha. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property on a beautiful beach. Perfect location for watching sunset and central location for both sides of the island. Easy to drive to Hana, Haleakalā and Ka’anapali although you don’t need to leave Kihei to enjoy your stay. The condo has everything you would need from kitchen to beach supplies. Shower and bathroom could use some more cleaning/deep clean but other than that very clean and AC worked perfectly fine (from a previous review). Would stay here again! Kid friendly-ish not kid proofed or suitable for multiple kids (in my opinion) but it is doable just don’t expect it to be safe without constant, direct supervision.

Great, beach front condo that is well stocked and ready to support a great trip. Unit had beach toys, chairs, bogey boards, and everything we needed. Beach in front of condo was great for snorkeling, bogey boarding, swimming, or just relaxing.

Based off of the pictures online I was not expecting the view that we got. Amazing oceanfront view from the top floor with a beautiful panorama of the bay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with cookware and dining ware for making or eating meals in the suite. Property representatives were respectful and answered any questions as well as offered suggestions for places to eat and enjoy the day.Definitely on my list to stay here when I come back.

We had a lovely stay here. The condo was clean and looked just liked the pictures. Spectacular view from every room. Great quiet and accessible location. Sugar Beach is very little-kid friendly with gentle waves. Kitchen has many cooking utensils and nice eating space. Thank you for sharing the space, we would stay again!

We’ve stayed in this unit several times and we won’t stay anywhere else. The unit itself is fabulous and had everything we need, but we really come for the calm vibe/atmosphere of the resort itself. Perfect place to whale watch from your balcony or a lounge on the lawn.
