Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had the most incredible time! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning sunsets and direct access to the ocean. It’s such a peaceful and relaxing spot, truly perfect for unwinding. The house itself was wonderful, clean, and comfortable.A few small improvements would make it even better: a gas grill and a small beach cooler. But honestly, those were tiny details compared to how perfect the stay was overall. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back. Highly recommend this beautiful, AMAZING, beachfront home!

We loved the location, views and privacy. However, the afternoon sun baked the house except for the two first floor bedrooms. The a/c units are not adequate for this house. The a/c window unit upstairs needs to be replaced as it blew slightly cool air at the best. We texted and emailed the owner/management company about this, but never got a response. I was most bothered by the lack of response. Also, the living room needs a real sofa. It only has an outdoor wicker sectional that would not stay together. I would not rent from this company again or this house until the air conditioning if working properly.

Loved it. The view is incredible. We love the north shore and can’t wait to be back. House was as advertised. Property manager was great, had a problem with the tv when we arrived and she was there the next day taking care of it.

We could not have asked for a better rental for our family vaction of 8 adults. The home was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed every day either on the beach a few yards to the right of the stairs or a 5 minute drive down the road. The kitchen was perfect for everyone to grab a quick breakfast, lunch or snacks. Dinner was obtained from the plentiful and high quality food trucks and stands right along the roadway. Every ones tastes and preferences could be accommodated without debate. The sunsets every night are spectacular. Would highly recommend this rental.

Easy to find, check in easy, beds comfy. Having a nice backyard lawn was fun and we did bbq. The couch in the house is outdoor furniture not comfy. It also can use some containers for left overs. A/C worked great. The view is priceless. To get to the water/beach you do have to go down about 10 stair steps FYI. Beach right there is not a swimming beach but nice if you have small children. You can walk a short distance to be able to get in. We were here in February so bigger waves. Its a beautiful house
Such an amazing North Shore home away from home! Could not have been more perfect! Very well appointed house on the water. Epic waves and sunsets! Traffic on the North Shore was the only downside of our visit. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Plenty of room for a large family or couples. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!
Loved our stay at this piece of paradise.
The view was spectacular! Nothing more relaxing than sitting in the back deck and taking in the waves. It also was 5 minutes away from The Ritz, which has a nice beach for swimming. We also loved the parade of chickens that would come through the backyard in the morning!

The house was close to all the North Shore attractions such as beaches and food trucks. It was so peaceful and we loved sitting on the deck with the three kitties who live there. The property manager Sarah was very responsive to our questions. We would love to return.

House is in a great location on the north shore and the view spectacular. Word of caution, the upstairs master suite is not fully closed off, so you will hear everything!! That was rough. Had to wear headphones to sleep.
We loved our stay here and would love to come back again! Very clean, the view was amazing (sunset!) and we loved the beach access.

Nice location along the North Shore. House was perfect for a family and/or couples. Grass backyard that continues to the beach; beautiful! Has all the amenities you’ll need for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Has a few beach toys too in the outside shower (boogie boards, fins, floaties, etc.). Loved it!
The view was amazing, the privacy fantastic. The beach is not one you swim in but those are very nearby. The house itself is comfortable thought the A/C upstairs is lacking. Thankfully my kids didn’t mind too much. Absolutely recommend this property

The house is beautiful and well appointed. It was clean and ready when we arrived. Instructions are easy to follow to enter and leave. The outdoor shower was perfect!!! It was great to get all the sand off before going back in the house. Beach was nice - the little tide pools and sandy areas were a great and safe place for the young kids to play. A short walk down the coast in either direction led to sandy swimming beaches. The views from the house and deck are amazing. It does get a little warm in the late afternoon due to the sun - use the curtains to block the sun and it cools off at dusk/dark. Also be prepared to use a charcoal grill - we haven’t used charcoal in years but was a nice BBQ and we enjoyed eating our meals together on the deck over looking the ocean. Wonderful family vacation. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house and perfect location
The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. The dials on the stove are worn off. None of the electrical outlets work in the upstairs bathroom. There is no garbage disposal. The toilet paper provided is single ply, which is not what one would expect in any expensive rental property. The towels were of high quality. The double mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs to be flipped and turned or replaced. Please note that there is no ocean access from the yard. The owners should better maintain this property or reduce the price. We stayed for a week in February 2024 and are permanent residents of Oahu.

This was our family’s second time staying in this house and it did not disappoint! We were excited to see some new updates around the house. The view is outstanding- we saw countless whales from the lanai. It was the perfect beach for our littles and the location was ideal. We look forward to more visits in the future.
