We have stayed in this property several times now and it always meets our expectations.
This was a perfect home and location for our family of six! Our children, ages 5, 11, 13, 15 all enjoyed swimming, snorkelling, surfing and fishing in the bay. We cannot wait to go back.
This is a great house in a perfect location. The only drawback is the ants. They are overly prolific. The owners did have them sprayed while we were there but they were in everything and on the counters every morning. There were piled up on every surface when we arrived and we did have to spend parts of our vacation cleaning up dead bugs on the floors 2-3 times during our stay. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive to anything we had questions about or needed help with. On the plus side the beautiful bay and the location cannot be beat. Both our grandsons said the waves and the hot tub were the best part of the vacation.
Beautiful property. I did have several issues during my stay. However, the property manager did her best to address them.

My family and I had the most amazing time at this rental for two weeks. The house is clean, spacious and well equip. Only 2 steps from the beach. The Beach is perfect for little ones to swim and very quiet. the highlight of our stay was to watch the green sea turtles resting on the beach! Debbie the property manager is very welcoming, easy to communicate with and very helpful. I highly recommend this rental on the North Shore it's just perfect!
Perfect getaway on the North Shore. On essentially private crescent bay with sand beach. Bay suitable for kayaking and SUPing. Surfing just beyond the breakers.
House is well designed. Could have used AC upstairs. It needed a thorough cleaning. Windows were filthy. Manager requested the maid come back but the owner must have vetoed it as she did with upstairs shower and toilet repairs that were promised..well equipped but my personal gripe were dull knives. No such thing as a sharp knife in the house. Also, no welcome book, instructions or area description. That said, food trucks abound on the North Shore and Ace Hardware and Foodland were five miles away.
Great getaway that let you feel like you lived on the North Shore.
This house far exceeded our expectations. Starting with the super private location on the North Shore. It's on a beautiful quiet bay just south of Turtle Bay. The water is calm enough to swim and snorkel and for those that want to SUP or surf you can paddle out to the point. Also, the walking trails of Turtle Bay are within walking distance and one of Hawaii's top golf courses is just a few miles away which was a huge plus!
The pictures do not do the house justice.. It is super clean and comfortable. Mattresses are brand new and come with the best linens and towels I have ever experienced in a short term rental.
Debbie, the property manager, was a pleasure. We were greeted with a welcome basket and a cooler of cold beers upon arrival and she was attentive to our needs checking in a few times throughout the stay to make sure everything was perfect!
We hope to be back to the North Shore and when we do we will be reaching out to Debbie!
