Absolute LIVED this property. It was so cute - the views were absolutely gorgeous from the living room and bedroom! The lanai is huge and the perfect place to relax. Even the views at night are fun with the lights on the palm trees on the property!
Everything was great but one slider to deck was hard to pull
The property was nice. The condo itself needed repairs. The sofa bed was very very very dirty. The fans provided were filthy.
A few more towels for a pool and beach vacation could have been provided.
I feel the owner was not truthful with me. At the last minute, a few days before he tried to cancel our reservations. He stated it was due to an air conditioner problem. I donāt think this was true. When we showed up at 4pm the cleaning lady was still at the condo. I would not rent from this owner again. In fact I was concerned to do the review until after I received my deposit back.
Clean, quiet and perfectly located!
I canāt thank the host enough on this place. Not only is it one of my favorite places to stay in Maui but the host made it even better for me. Had a couple issues arise and the communication was amazing, the effort to fix the issue was above and beyond, and I would stay here again in a heart beat! Super hard to beat this sunset as well.
We were pleasantly surprised with this properties size of the unit and the amazing beach view that we had from the balcony. The unit was easily accessible and the check in process was flawless and super simple. The staff at the property was exceptional and gave us great recommendations for places to go and eat. The unit itself could use a few improvements that would make it a more enjoyable stay. The pillows, towels, and beach towels, were quite disappointing and need to be replaced. Pillows were flat, the towels have just been used a lot and the beach towels looked like ones accidentally left at the unit. Trash can was broken and the pans and utensils in the kitchen need to be replaced, many utensils were not usable because they were half melted. The lighting situation was weird, many things not plugged in but it was impossible to get access to the plug. Rules for the AC were that we could only use it for an hour at a time, which is totally reasonable during the day but it made sleeping at night really hot and not comfortable. Cleaning was alright, there was an inhaler in the bed skirt and a think layer of dust underneath the shutter style headboard, some dishes we rewashed because they were dirty before we used them. Overall the location of the property is fantastic and is in a prime location next to food trucks, shopping, and beaches. Priced reasonably for what we received, but wouldāve paid extra if there were some updated qualities to the unit.
This was a short notice trip to Maui and I found this listing for 125 a night. Communications with the host were great. When we checked in the room hadn't been cleaned yet and after a quick text with Scott, the cleaner was there in 20 minutes. He even refunded a nights rental for the hassle. When we stayed, the room looked to be in the middle of a remodel. The patio furniture needs replacing asap but the rest is serviceable. The view is great, The room could also be great with some tlc.
All the stay was wonderful btw communication was always prompt, location was great, amenities well maintained.Only improvement was the exterior furniture, extremely worn out by the weather.
Great location with a great view! Overall the property had great amenities and location. The room in general seemed to be out dated, not as clean as we had hoped and kind of had an older stale smell when we got there. Could definitely use an update which I think would make it feel a lot cleaner, but for the price and location we didnāt spend much time in the room so it was overall fine! We did appreciate all the amenities that came with the condo and loved that the host had a putting set/balls, we used those almost every night and was a fun little extra!
We arrived the morning after the big rains and floods of January 30th - mud was up to 2 feet deep on the streets and parking lots of north Kihei. The property managers and staff were AMAZING - working long, long hours to clear the parking lots. Within 48 hours they had everything usable. It reminded us of crews clearing a bad Minnesota snowstorm - the brown mud was just not as white as Minnesota snow. Luckily the floods and mud stayed out of the manicured pool and commons area. THANKS GUYS. We were able to enjoy our stay. The property is very nice, as advertised. Our condo #326 was a nice space, but very dated, with old cabinet, closet, and patio doors that need replacing. It had most kitchen items, but most were old and mismatched and it was very slim on drinking glasses. It served us fine, but it felt like a condo in St. Paul as much as one on the ocean in Maui. No Hawaiian charm in the decor and furnishings. But the view from the lanai - WOW!
The description of property was accurate in that the view with our morning coffees were exceptional. The convenience of being on the beach also wonderful. The absence of any real description of the condo was revealing once we arrived, The place needs a Reno badly. Sliding doors are very hard to slide open and closed. Upon arrival, we had to wash all the floors as they turned our socks blacā, immediately. Stocked with all the necessities which was great. But furniture is dated, not really clean (couch) and replacing the bistro set 9n the balcony, if nothing else would go a long way. Manager was very prompt and easy to deal with.
Location and pool area where very good. just some smll issues with the unit. The wicker deck chairs need to be replaced Could not sit in them without getting scratched and the sliding door to the deck did not close as it was broken.
We recently stayed at this fantastic condo in Maui, and it was amazing. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the place was clean and well-equipped. Its location was idealājust a short walk to the beach and nearby shops.
Our host was responsive and this condo truly made our Maui vacation special. Highly recommend!
This property was everything we look for in a rental! Communication with owner was top notch. We loved the location. We always have a car so getting around was easy, parking here easy. The grounds are immaculate. The pool, hot tub, bbq area all amazingly well kept. I have never spent as much time sitting on a lanai as this trip. How could you not with the breeze and the views! AC worked well though to be honest we hardly turned it on. Open both patio doors (a door in the bedroom as well as living area was a huge plus), and the fresh air flows. Ample items in the unit- cooking was easy with great cookware. Closet was packed with beach goodies! If I were to nit pick and find a negative it would be that a few items need a little upgrading like the patio furniture but it wont impact your stay. In short- would I book here again? 10/10 Yes!
This was a great 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. It was in a perfect loaction in Kihei. It had a great view of the water and was close to the laundry room and the elevators. We wouls stay here again.
Beautiful location and condo was well stocked with everything you would need including pots, pans, dishes, even a french press which I used every morning. Also included were beach chairs, a small cooler, 2 boogie boards and a beach umbrella. The pool area was nice and the barbecue's were also very nice. There was a groundskeeper cleaning the grills every single morning and they are hooked up to a giant propane tank so they will never run out of gas. The tiki torches provide a nice atmosphere as well. Would recommend.
This was our first trip to Hawaii and this place was fantastic for us! Sitting outside in the morning watching the ocean and listening to the birds. Will definitely stay here again!
This was a fantastic property and within our budget to allow us to visit Maui! Very grateful for the opportunity and hospitality. The communal pool and hot tub and grill and laundry made for an extremely pleasant stay! The view is unbeatable. Coffee on the deck in am and sunset views in pm. Canāt wait to return. Responsive host.
Perfect place to enjoy a week in maui. Clean, had more than enough space and cant beat the location. I already miss having coffee on the ocean view balcony.
I have stayed at the Grand Wailea and I would honestly choose this stay over that. This is actually closer to the beach, clean, and has all of the things you need. Gorgeous view from the living room. I'll definitely stay again!
This property had lots of room and was probably nice once. Lack of attention to details left it grungy, shabby, dinghy. There was a broken tile covered by a dirty rug. The couch and chair were worn and stained. The outdoor furniture was coming apart, tiles missing on the lanai. Bathroom vent was filled with dirt, rugs were stained. Information on check in was inaccurate. Communication with the owner was poor We got locked out of the unit due to a faulty key pad. It was 2 hours before the owner contacted us and another hour getting the problem fixed. We had a car and we were able to drive to restaurants, grocery, etc. Nothing within easy walking distance. The grounds and pool were nice though the pool was closed for repairs the last day there (not mentioned at booking). Overall I cannot recommend.
Great patio for watching sunsets. Clean and comfortable. We locked ourselves out once, but owners was quick to get us back in.
Great place for a family of four to unwind and relax after a cold Canadian winter. Great host, perfect layout, the hot tub is most certainly a plus
The condo is very conveniently located and was comfortable for two. We had everything we needed. There are some minor issues that need attention (flickering light in hall, closet doors, and bathroom sink drain). The view from the balcony is beautiful.

We liked the location and amenities of this condo. The condo was clean with a very comfortable bed and nice shower, along with a great patio and view.
The price was right as well.
The constructive criticism we have with this property is that the condo needs some upgrading. Tiles in the kitchen and patio were loose, missing and/or broken, the beach chairs needed replacing, and the deck chairs were coming apart. The stove was frustrating to cook on, due to inconsistent heating elements.
Please donāt get us wrong, we had a wonderful stay, but it would have been better with a little TLC.
We spent the middle third of our time in Maui in this well located condo in Kihei. Youāre a short walk to the beach for great sunsets. We were also able to use the gas grills conveniently located on the property. The beach chairs were also very helpful. This cozy little condo fit our needs for our time there.
Ton of ants, it was an okay property, 2 to 3 stars out of 5. During our stay, we compared costs to staying in Kaanapali and it just seemed like it would have been worth the extra money for the location/ammenities.
We really loved this property, excellent location near the beach where we swam with turtles! Nice pool and excellent bbq area. Well maintained condo with large balcony. Would definitely stay here again!
