Wonderful place! Did not know how to get to the unit and there were no maps on site but we figured it out. Also did not receive the correct gate code to the pool. Called to get it and did not get a callback.
The condo was clean and well appointed and had most items we needed. There were sufficient towels for two but no wash clothes. The ocean view was pleasant from the lanai but there was a parking lot below us which took away from a perfect view. The management company accomodated our late check out request by offering us a time of 1:00PM. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
We are outdoorsy people and spent very little time in the condo, so all in all it was a good place to stay. Location was central to everything we planned to do. The AC worked. Management was easy to contact to clarify unit location and where we were actually allowed to park. The front desk clerk was super friendly.
Cons: Walls were pretty dirty, balcony doors drag badly, we didn’t even get to sit outside because the doors were so hard to open and close. Curtains covering the balcony doors were falling off the wall.
The condo smelled if Marijuana when we arrived and we had to spray for bugs.
The place was amazing! Second to the top floor with an amazing view of the beach that had a clear view of the mountain range. We made use of all the amenities such as, the pool, BBQ and even the beach volleyball court!
If you're a golfer that brought your clubs be sure to make your way down the the BBQ area! They have a neat little chipping area to practice your short game!!
The location is perfect and only 20 min from the airport. Your basically in the middle of all the areas you would want to explore and the restaurants and bars did not disappoint!
The place is just as described with the amazing view. It is well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas and other necessities.
This property was exactly as advertised. The beach access was better than expected.

As a fellow landlord myself, I know the importance and appreciate feedback. With that there are items: 1. When we removed the bedding, we noted very large old brownish stains on both the mattress and bottom of mattress pad. 2. The sliding kitchen trash cabinet door when opening, goes out of alignment.
3. The over the bed lighting: the light closet to the door flickers and doesn't stop unless the light on the other side is on and at it's highest brightness. Thats good if both want the lights on really bright and at the same time. 4. The way the lighting is set up in both the bathroom sink area (very bright) and IN the bathroom, the lights automatically come on per motion detection throughout the 24 hr period and stays on quite awhile before going off. I'm wondering if the owners realize this?

The condo was very comfortable and well taken care of. The walk to the beach was farther than I expected so we didn’t spend much time there.
