We had a wonderful family vacation in Kauai. This unit was perfect and the staff was very attentive! Would definitely recommend!!!

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this condo was for my family of 5. Check-in and communication with the owners was easy and they respond quickly. The condo looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The condo is clean and spacious. All of the beds are comfortable. Location is central on the island so an easy 20-30 minute ride to south shore or north shore. Lots of great restaurants within less than 1 mile walk. Safeway right across the street for any items you may need. The pool and property and great as well. The only one downside is the beach. The beach is rocky and not a beach to lay out on or swim in the ocean, but there are plenty of other great beach areas close by. The beach at this location has great tide pools and my kids loved looking for crabs and fish in the pools when we walked along the beach. Overall would highly recommend this condo and we hopefully will be back sooner rather than later.
This is the second time we've stayed at Waipouli Beach Resorts. The location makes it the perfect place for us to explore the island. Getting in is as easy as remembering a code, no key or card needed. The condo is spacious, modern and clean. It's well stocked with all the things you would expect and some extras. I appreciated the welcome coffee and snack. The property is beautiful. The kids love the pool and beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs for this mama to just lay back and relax on without feeling like I had to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve one. Safeway is literally across the street for all your grocery needs. I absolutely recommend it!
We had a nice stay. There is a gentleman at the management company who is very unpleasant and started the trip off with a bad note. But otherwise it was a decent stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. I didn’t understand why they had a coffee machine and coffee but no cream or sugar. Everywhere else I have stayed has had cream and sugar. So bring your own. The view is the parking lot. There are a lot of other units with much better views. The hallway noise carries into the unit, so it can be loud at times.
Our family had the best time staying in this condo. The layout was perfect for us and it was very clean. We liked having views of the ocean and the mountains (sunrises, too) and we all loved the pool and access to the beach.
This rental had everything we wanted. Tons of space, great location on the east side so you can drive north or south to see the island. Safeway across the street was super convenient, too.
Great two bedroom, two bath unit. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice appliances including washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend.
The pool, room, and grounds were pristine! My kids loved the pool with the slides! Great location in between north and south shore. Great shopping and food all around. We’d definitely stay here again!
Modern large kitchen, 2BR, 3batths. Very quiet and comfortable, Great location for exploring the island with Safeway and Starbucks across the street, Easy, straightforward parking and entry instructions, good communications.
The condo worked out well for my family of 4. The location was great for accessing various places on the island.
