Kimberlee is honestly the best host! She is so personable and is there if you ever need anything! The place? Absolutely gorgeous! A beautifully remodeled and aesthetic place with AC, a full size fridge, a table and seating, nice kitchen and any appliances you need. Also, the thing that surprised me the most when both my fiancé and I walked in the door was the GORGEOUS large patio! Decorated with string lights, a little table and 2 chairs to have a nice meal and enjoy the outdoors, comfy seating, and overall amazing vibes. Kimberlee also provides a few extra things for you adventures in Princeville and beyond. She provides snorkels and flippers, beach chairs, boogie boards, and more. Not only that, she is prepared for the small situations as well. She provides umbrellas and ponchos (it was POURING rain on our last day and those definitely came in handy!), guide books, first aid kit, etc. 10/10 recommend this place! My fiancé and I plan to come back to Kauai for our honeymoon and will definitely be staying with Kimberlee here again :)
We had a wonderful stay in the studio! Close to everything, the charm of the North shore and beaches! Our host was very accommodating and always prompt to answer any questions! The space had everything you needed to make a few meals or relax on the lanai! Loved the decor!
We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for what we wanted to do and all communication was responsive. The kitchenette was just big enough to allow us to cook some meals in and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs for our excursions. If you’d like to stay in Princeville during your time in Kauai, I’d recommend this place!
Our stay here in Princeville was amazing! Kimberlee was the best host, so sweet and excellent communication. The studio was perfect for my husband and I. We loved coming back from a fun day adventuring or at the beach to a welcoming, clean space and really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The best stay and will defiantly be back here to stay! We absolutely love this place! We just came in January and can’t wait to go back again. Kimberlee is an incredible host. She is so sweet and he’s very communicative. The condo has everything you need here! It’s so nice to not have to pack all of the beach stuff, umbrellas etc. The unit is very clean with nice decor. We loved being able to sit on the shaded balcony with plants all around. The area is superb! Very quiet and Very classy neighborhood . We love the North Shore. 10 ranking Thank you so much! We will be back as soon as we can to Paradise!!
Great place to stay for our north shore adventures. Condo was well-appointed with all the little extras that we forgot we needed. The pool was a nice option and refreshing for a dip after our outings. Kimberlee checked in with us and was very welcoming.

Kimberlee’s condo was perfect for our time on the north shore. The studio is comfortable and well-appointed with everything needed for beach days and spending time exploring Kauai’s beauty. Kimberlee is also a fantastic host: incredibly helpful and responsive. Its so easy to recommend as a place for a couple to stay while visiting Kauai.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for four nights during our North Shore adventure on Kaua'i, as first-time visitors and honeymooners. The studio was clean and serene. We looked forward to relaxing on the lanai for leisurely mornings and breezy evenings. The property is well-appointed for beach excursions and located in a great location close to groceries at Foodland, within walking distance to Queen's Bath, and a short drive to Hanalei Bay and the surrounding shoreline. Kimberlee was easy to communicate with and listed some solid recommendations in the property guide. We would come back in a heartbeat!
Kimberlee and Malana were very attentive in responding to messages and ensured that we were well taken care of during our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured and a great landing pad at the end of the day. Would absolutely stay again!

Kimberlee the hostest,could not of been kinder or more helpful. ..I found her to be genuine and very caring.. ..I stayed for 2 weeks in this little bungalow with my grandson and it was ideal !! We hiked in the daytime and then came back to the pool. Swimming & hot tub combo was terrific.... I loved it ! It had all the basics we needed, and even a little porch to eat on and feel the breeze...great location..great hostest..There wasn't a downside !
We came to visit our daughter who lives on Oahu. We all decided to spend a few days in Kauai. This property was terrific! Kimberlee was very communicative. Had a little mix up on arrival, but I really appreciated her responsiveness and quick remedy. The place was very clean, and I have extremely high standards for cleanliness. What I really loved were all of the extras that were provided. Beach towels and chairs, a small cooler, hiking poles, umbrellas, fins and more!!! You can really tell that Kimberlee loves her property and cares for the people who stay there.
Cozy little place in Princeville. Place was super clean and well managed with a beautiful spacious lanai we were able to enjoy our meals on. Host was super sweet and accommodating to our needs with checkout. Would definitely book with this host again when given the chance! Mahalo nui loa

I stayed at this delightful studio in Princeville for 8 nights while exploring the gorgeous North Shore of Kauai. This was an ideal location: very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville and a great base for day trips to Hanalei, Ha'ena, and Kilauea. The studio was so comfortable and spacious, with a lovely lanai for relaxing and dining. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a delight to wake to the sound of birdsong. I never used the air conditioning because it wasn't hot and the ceiling fans were so pleasant, but it was available. The studio also had a nicely supplied kitchen and all kinds of beach items like chairs and snorkel equipment. Everything was spotless and decorated with style and care. I didn't want to leave! And Kimberlee was a wondeful host, so kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Kimberlee for the warm welcome and peaceful stay!
Loved it! Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished studio. Nice little balcony area to relax. Beach gear was handy. Close to Hanalei Bay and all the beaches on the north side.

Great condo, clean, everything in good shape, a small kitchen area, a super comfortable large bed in which we slept wonderfully and new bathroom with large shower. What we enjoyed most was the large lanai that we used as a living and dining room. In addition, everything you need for the beach is available. But the icing on the cake was our hostess Kimberlee. She took great care of us before and during our stay and was always available.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the North Shore and the condo was lovely to come home to each night. The pictures do not do it justice. The decor is charming and fresh, the place is spotless, and the air conditioning was refreshing. If I could make one suggestion it would be to provide a portable fan as the bathroom area gets stuffy even with the air conditioner. The place is well-appointed and Kimberlee is a terrific host. The condo is in the Sand Piper community within Princeville.
Kimberlee was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our requests. The place was perfect for a stay on the north side of the island and was a relaxing end to fun days exploring.
I stayed at this property solo for a few days. It was exactly as described and extremely well appointed and clean. The sun porch was nice to hang out on. I went to the pool a couple of times and it was well kept and not crowded. I would stay again and recommend it for either solo travel or a couple that plans to be out sightseeing and doesn't require a ton of extra space.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The king bed was very comfortable with a nice fan overhead. A/C worked perfectly. We loved the lanai to enjoy dinner and just relax. The use of beach chairs and snorkel equipment was very helpful. Kimberlee was always available for any questions and the check-in was super easy. A great place to stay!
needed a quiet place to rest in between hikes and it was a great place. sat in the jacuzzi at the pool are to recoup and was very pleased how nice and clean it was
Well appointed small condo to enjoy for a few nights. Very comfortable bed with large fan overhead. Lanai is square with comfy chairs for relaxing & small table for dining - like a family room outside. Kitchen area has all you need for breakfast or lunch, fridge is large for a studio place. Heard some noise by neighbors tho not very late. Pool & hot tub pretty nice, close by
We stayed three nights at Kimberlee’s cute studio. There was designated parking, pool towels and beach chairs… all things one would need for a relaxing vacation! The lanai was perfect for working in the morning and reading at night! There was enough kitchen utensils that we did not have to buy anything. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking around !
