PROS: property was very clean, bed is comfortable, enjoyed the little bistro table for eating, basic supplies for coffee, eating, and trash removal provided, ceiling fan plus two standing fans give good air circulation to help cool off and sleep comfortably, mornings are quiet and enjoyable on the lanai, really clear and effective communication about check-in/check-out/rules, helpful property management.CONS: sleeper sofa has seen better days, it's squeaky and has a funky smell; policy permits use of only one set of towels, if you use more, you are responsible to wash them yourself but there's no laundry in unit or on property.

Everyone making this place out to be awful, and it’s really not. If you are looking for a safe, cheap place to shower and sleep at this is as good as it gets. No A/C, your not gunna need it at night. If your planning on staying cooped up inside for your trip, stay home or go to a resort.
This place stinks many ways. First the deception of the listing photos. Please note that your view is the rear parking lot… not this photoshopped image. Second it really stinks… think moldy basement or locker room. When we called to cancel and get our money back the agent informed us that that smell is the “musty” smell that all their properties have due to the high humidity! Really? Wow! The person we spoke to on the phone was mean, rude, hostile.Other issues include the front door lock does not work… we had to let them know about it twice. Bathroom tiles are cracked. No air conditioning but you hear the neighbors air conditioner!Kitchen… note you will be using a rusted hot plate to cook on. No blender. There was mice poop in the kitchen.Sofa actually stinks so you will be sitting on the bed or stools. The bed is so soft 2 people can’t sleep in w/out sinking.The toilet does flush it floods to the top when the unit next door runs their dishwasher.The unit is dark, dank, absolutely no air circulation.There is mould in this unit that had been just painted over. For your health and to have better Hawaiian vacation stay somewhere else and avoid places run my this agent.Don’t waste your money on this dive.

The studio was perfect for two of us. Didn’t have a stove but there are bbqs poolside. The pool and hot tub were lovely as was the area. We would definitely return.
So…. Let’s start with the positives. This unit was conveniently located, had access to a nice pool & hot tub, and had the bare necessities. It was also an affordable option for a last minute trip, so we got what we paid for. However— the room did not feel clean, there was very poor lighting in the unit, and for how expensive our stay was (and I’m sure other’s stays), it was in poor condition. The mats were falling apart, the bedding didn’t fit the bed or the pillows, the dishware smelt like mildew, the cabinets were sealed shut from excessive paint, and the water pressure was next to none…. What really did us in was the check out notes saying if we used more than 2 towels we would be charged $35 per load to wash…. And on top of that, had to clean the unit/take out the trash/run the dishwasher/etc before check out. Now— I would have done this regardless. But after charging hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, it’s incredible to me that they have these expectations and rules for the guests to essentially do all the cleaning otherwise they would impose hefty and unreasonable fees. Luckily we only used the unit to sleep, otherwise I think we would have had a lot more to say about the conditions of the property. Unfortunately, we will not return or use this property for future stays.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in Kauai. This place was located within walking distance of a BEAUTIFUL secret beach (Hideaway beach). Close to the store, restaurants, and a short drive from all the best beaches on the island.
The place was very clean and the check in process went very smoothly. Thank you!

This was a cute little area. Access to the pool ans hot tub was wonderful. It was so quiet in the evenings which made relaxing and sleeping very peaceful. There was no AC, but the fans did a good job keeping us cool.
Cozy little place perfect for a couple or single person! Walkable to a few spots and couple minutes drive to our favorite place, Hanalei Bay!
