We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant place to land. Thank you to our hosts!
We had an amazing stay at this condo. The area is beautiful, the condo is nice and well-stocked with amenities, and Alex and the property manager were so helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Had friends at the Westin and could walk to them. Efficiently managed property. No AC but was cool enough in November. Very clean and neat.

The property was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and toys. It was very clean. In a nice location not far from shopping center. We had a couple minor issues which were immediately taken care of by the property manager, Koko. Outstanding service. We would definitely recommend this property.
Tucked away in the heart of beautiful Princeville, this townhouse proved to be the ultimate launchpad for our Hawaiian adventure. Its strategic location meant that the stunning Napali coast, the tranquil Hanalei, and myriad breathtaking beaches and trails were effortlessly accessible. Additionally, the convenience of having local shopping and dining spots within walking distance added to the charm of our stay.
Walking into the townhouse, it was as if we had stepped into our very own home. The meticulous attention to detail was evident - from the nice furniture to a well-equipped kitchen, and even the thoughtful inclusion of beach accessories. It truly was our home away from home, but with the unparalleled bonus of Hawaii's paradise right at our doorstep.
While it is on the pricier side, the experience and amenities justify every penny spent.
However, our stay was not without a slight hiccup. On returning one night, we found our designated parking spot occupied by an unauthorized vehicle. This meant scouring for an alternate spot late at night – a task that was both unexpected and vexing. While our host did assure us of spare parking, the situation was a tad disappointing.
All in all, it was a memorable stay with just a tiny wrinkle to iron out.

This worked well for us- we just stayed a couple nights to see the napali coast- convenient location close to Hanalei and gorgeous beaches.
Perfect space for me and a roommate. Clean, easy layout; All the amenities we needed, in a very convenient location to our event location, and evening activities. I will seek out this location, for our return. Excellent!
We are owners at a close by vacation resort and had some family tag along on our trip this year, so we decided to try a new place. This was a great spot to stay with everything we needed. My one complaint would be that only a few select outlets actually worked. When we tried to plug in the fans or needed to charge a phone, it was like a treasure hunt to find another working plug. Overall we were pleased with the stay, thanks for sharing your home with us as we explore paradise.
Great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and great for our family. Would totally go there again!

This property was PERFECT! Everything we needed! Patio (lanai) was wonderful. Beds were comfy. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, etc. made this trip amazing
No air conditioning. Unit was very nice, but surrounding property was a bit unkept. Pool was less than desirable.
