This house is a great property for a family or large group with its three separate master bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and well-stocked. There are games and books for the kids and adults. A Gas BBQ grill for family BBQ time!
Excellent location on a quiet street with the beautiful golf course out back.
There is a beautiful jog walk path along the golf course to the Princeville shopping center, Princeville park play ground, and even to the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay in Princeville for beach access.
The house is equipped as a home away from home and rental ready. This home has all the basics needed to have a great beach vacation on the beautiful north shore of Kauai.
Accommodation includes, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, blender, rice cooker, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella.
Choose your morning coffee with a Keurig or 12 cup drip coffee maker.
A great place to stay!
As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, however there are fans in each room and screen doors on the lanais to help with airflow throughout the house.

This house has a great floor plan offering privacy for each bedroom and lots of space to hang out together. Great for families and entertaining. The backyard has a great view of trees and a couple of nice sitting areas. We would definitely rent this house again!

Spacious house. Three private bedrooms with ensuite baths on each of 3 corners. Supplied with everything we needed - tvs, dining, outdoor furniture, beach chairs/toys/umbrellas, spices & staples, cooking equipment, laundry, very quiet neighborhood, close to amenities, very clean. Prompt, helpful, friendly staff. Definitely would stay again.

Spacious home comfortably fitting six adults. Quiet location away from traffic within walking distance to Hideaways Beach and short drive to Hanalei, which was ideal for us. Beach chairs in garage were a plus

To our amazement, we returned to the same rental we stayed in in 2008...though no one realized it until we actually arrived. Paint, furniture, etc had changed...but it was the same home. We all felt very comfortable!

Our stay here was just incredible. The home was spacious and had everything we needed from beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen, etc.
Each bedroom had a beautiful sliding glass door to a patio. I was awakened several mornings by ne ne geese trying to peek in our bedroom door! Absolutely paradise.
Great communication with the management regarding a few questions . Thank you for sharing your space with us.
