very nice condo with tasteful decor, stylishly updated kitchen , comfortable bed. balcony overlook lush tropical jungle, and the sunset view you don’t want to miss. great value for its location as well. will stay here again if we come back to Kauai north shore.
The condo was perfect for my son and his wife on their honeymoon. They had nothing but amazing things to say! The view out back was beautiful!
This little bungalow was one of my fav spots I’ve ever stayed. It was so cute and well stocked, and the location was epic. First time in Princeville and this stay made it so special. I fell in love with this quaint, drop-dead gorgeous town. A short walk to Hideaway Beach (I’m dreaming of going back to snorkel) and a handful of amazing restaurants and bars. I felt so at home in the unit- I could move in :) The view on the back lanai is so relaxing - watch the morning rain roll in or a beautiful sunset. 10/10 stay! Thank you!
I had a lovely stay in the loft. Great location, walked to the Hideaway beach each day. The view from the balcony was incredible! Sat out there day and night. Very relaxing spot
We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again.
It was a nice clean place. It was in a good location and parking in the assigned spot was close and easy.

Our accommodations were excellent. The unit was clean and well taken care of. We appreciated all of the kitchen items as well as some spices and condiments located in the unit.The unit was a great location for us as we explored the north and east sides of Kauai. We loved it and hope to get back some day soon.Randy
Great space in a perfect location. We had everything we needed and the place was clean and comfy.
We had a wonderful time in this condo in Princeville. It was exactly as advertised, including the lanai overlooking dense trees full of birds with mountains in the distance. It was fully equipped and the king bed in the main room was quite comfortable. (We didn't use the loft.) There was an ocean overlook a short walk down the road and a pizza place a short walk across the road. Princeville has a good grocery store and it's a short drive to Hanalei and points west along the coast. Convenient and beautiful - we loved it!
Well stocked with beach and cooking supplies. Beautiful view and extremely confortable. Would stay here again if we come back.

Place is exactly as listed. Laura the house cleaner was so helpful with everything. The fridge was a little small but brand new. Place was recently remodeled and hardwood floors were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Ver satisfied
Great location! Beautiful views of Bali Hai from the balcony and the neighborhood. Right next a golf course that had a lovely path for morning walks. Ocean views right across the street. We have stayed on Kauai at least 15 times in different accommodations. The unit was comfortable, quiet, perfect for a couple. The loft stairs were a little steep so I wouldn't recommend elderly or small children sleeping up there. We enjoyed staying here.
We had such an amazing stay at this location - it was cozy and modern and had everything we needed and more! The apartment has actually been remodeled, and as of this review (Sept 2024) looks even nicer than the pictures. The location is awesome and we will remember mornings and evenings at the balcony for a long time.
Here are some things I wondered about before our stay:
-Oil, salt, and other spices were available
-The kitchen is fully stocked, including tupperware and ziploc bags
-There's plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap
-There's a drip coffee machine and there was a couple of day's worth of coffee provided
-Laundry pods were provided for 2 loads
-Beach gear included several nice Tommy Bahamas chairs and an umbrella
-There are 2 snorkeling sets, although if you are planning on snorkeling a lot, I would bring/purchase my own
Definitely recommend staying here!
We were informed by Daniel of a leak in the condo the day before our arrival that required us to leave a couple of days early. Normally it would have required immediate attention to fix, but he was kind enough to delay the work for several days so we had time to find another place to stay our last couple of days. Not only that, he fully refunded the cost of our stay and was very apologetic.
We were sad we couldn't stay there the entire time only because it was a perfect place for us. The view was awesome, the AC worked great and it was within walking distance to Queen's Bath and Hideaway Beach, both of which are notorious for parking difficulties.
We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we're back! Thank you, Daniel!

Liked the location: close to 1 Hotel for food and spa. Hideaway Beach is nearby if you want to do the hike downhill! Nice walk to the Farmers market and town center for food and groceries.
Did NOT like the old furniture, mattress and pillows. Place could use an update. Carpet (! Ick). Refrigerator was dirty inside and out. Overhead fans not cleaned in ages (!).
Owner should pay a bit more attention to the property.
Overall I would give it 3 stars.

A beautiful condo in a beautiful place! The loft was very clean, and in the perfect location. Easy walk to the beach :)
This was the perfect property for us. We ate breakfast looking out at blooming trees and singing birds and watched the sunset from the balcony. The house had everything we needed and more and when we had a wifi issue, the owner was very quick to help us. Plus we were very close to a hidden beach where we snorkeled and saw green sea turtles every day. Did I mention that beach chairs and snorkel gear were provided? We hope to be back soon!
We thoroughly enjoyed this condo for many reasons. The location was safe and within a lovely community. The lanai is long, has amazing views and fun animal visitors to see and photograph! Daniel generously provides snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels and coolers. In addition, there are multiple sauces, spices and even plastic Ziploc bags of various sizes which were are greatly appreciated! We loved the lavender shampoo/conditioner & body lotion! Check in was easy and flawless! We highly recommend this condo! Mahalo Daniel!
Great location, clean and comfortable space.
We had just over a week here and had a great time. The lanai backs onto a strip of forest which is alive with birds in the morning. The place is a 5 minute walk from a viewpoint, food and drinks which was perfect.
The unit itself was clean and tidy and very well equipped, we'd definitely stay here again.
We had a short trip on the north side before staying on the south side. This condo is a great princeville location. Wonderful trip!
