The property was larger than I expected. It was clean, the neighborhood is very pleasant. The management let us in early so that was appreciated. There are kids toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach supplies in the garage. The air conditioning worked really well. Two minor things worth mentioning. The wifi isn't strong and didn't reach to the bedrooms or the lanai, so if you want to work, it must be done in the downstairs portion of the house. Also, the pool is quite shallow, 4 ft at the deepest portion. Everything else about the property is excellent.

We have stayed dozens of times at Nihilani for my small group yoga, meditation, surf retreats and it’s always a relaxing, peaceful, and quiet stay which is perfect for us. House 3A is definitely a favorite place and space now, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful week together.

We found the property exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the garage area with boogie boards, snorkel equipment and toys.
The home was generally clean which is very important for us traveling with a baby and toddler. There were noticeable areas of the home such as the guest bathroom window, downstairs screen door, and missing fire alarms that require replacement due to wear and tear I presume and safety concerns with the missing fire alarms. The home's central air condition was not working during our stay; however, the management team included window units that kept certain areas of the home cool but unfortunately the units were very loud. The home was stocked with all the amenities for our family to enjoy our time at the beach which was nice. It did rain the first day we arrived so having access to a garage to park in was great to unload our groceries and luggage into the home, we rarely used the front door access. Overall, our stay was okay but we would reconsider booking again due to the central air condition not working.
Everything about the place was amazing. The only thing I would say is it could stand to have some more plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc. other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.

Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only negative was central a/c did not work. They had window units but that didn’t allow you to close shutters for sleeping and units were very loud.

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.
Really enjoyed our time in this unit. The beach was minutes away and pool area great for winding down. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The host answered a couple of questions immediately.

We loved the location and having access to the pool. The condos were great and felt like another home away from home.
We stayed here with our family while my son was getting married. The house was gorgeous, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We had one issue with the A/C not keeping up but the property managers helped us to resolve it. I love that there were beach items in the garage we were allowed to borrow and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. I can't wait to come back!

We came to Kauai for my son's wedding and had other family that stayed in the same complex. This made it very easy to help with grandkids and visit with other family members. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was really nice with 3 decks. Lots of privacy for my husband and I with having 2 of our sons staying with us. They could stay up and then we could get up earlier and no one was disturbed. Enjoy the complex and location to everything at Princeville!

If you want to stay on the north shore, this is a great place to stay. The condo was clean, well stocked, had plenty of space, very comfortable, and the pool/jacuzzi was fantastic. It's just a few minutes to Hanelei Bay, which was our favorite thing in the area.As far as area, there doesn't seem to be as many restaurants/ shopping as the south shore, or maybe we just didn't know where to look. And we kept having to drive to the south shore for different adventure tours we had booked (and the traffic jams/low speed limits are no joke). But the north shore is SO beautiful. It's a real toss up!

Our experience with this vacation rental was exceptional. The home was very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils to bake and cook with. There was a nice welcome gift waiting for us when we got there. The check in and check out process was easy and quick. Customer service was very good. They were in contact with us by email/text throughout the trip. Easy access to a store. Woke up to birds and roosters every morning. Other than that, it was very quiet. Beautiful pool and hot tub that our kids loved. We also LOVED the extras that were provided - boogie boards, beach towels, swim noodles, sand buckets, beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment. We would highly recommend this property and would give it more than five stars if we could.
I read some of the other reviews and not sure why this wasn’t all rated 5 stars from the others. It’s a great place. We loved it!
Hi, I stayed there for 5 days however whatever the instruction was provided in email and it is actually there in laminated paper sheet was completely incorrect. Such as wifi user name and password was incorrect. Swimming pool timing was not mentioned. Garage entrance code was incorrect. They have mentioned to reach out to them within 24 hrs, however we reached out in 10-12 hrs. Still our all below problems did not resolved until we checked out and even owner Kristin and Vacation Realty Hawaii company on call support lady was so rude.
Here is the list of problems then decide will you choose this?
1) Towels and napkins were dirty and some of them napkins was still in dryer not even properly folded
2) Half bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned properly and sands on the floor. Before us previous renter who stayed there after house was not cleaned at all.
3) Dishes, bowls, and in kitchen plastic storage containers were dirty and not washed properly. Also garbage bag was there.
4) Many of the electric power adapters and including lights were not working
5) Upstair Jack n' Jill(common) bathroom we can't close and lock properly so very risky to go to washroom as it was common bathroom between two rooms. Just think if you go for shower or restroom how you ensure your self you are safe?
6) Master bedroom and other bedroom side table lamps were not working
7) Dirty towels and napkins basket still in master bedroom closet which was not cleaned and somebody kept there.
