Everything thing was very nice at the condo, it was comfortable and easy to manage, close to great snorkeling or a nice pool swim. Thank you for sharing your home
This home was beautiful and exactly as it was described. We couldn’t have been more pleased with staying here and we will definitely book this property again. Our favorites were waking up to the sound of the waves and taking morning walks for coffee along the ocean. Everything we needed was close by and Belle was so accommodating with recommendations.
Our family had a wonderful time during our recent stay here. The location is excellent and makes accessing local beaches and restaurants easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella- no snorkels/masks/fins, though you’re better off renting the right size from one of the local shops). The kitchen is well appointed with cookware, but you will need to purchase any oil, spices. Lots of games, movies for relaxing evenings with family. AC in every room was great to take the edge off the humidity. We will definitely consider returning here on a future visit to Kauai.
It was overall very nice and worked very well for our family. It wasn't over the top fancy but was very nice and comfortable, well laid out, well equipped and great pools/grounds. The location is the best. You will not be disappointed!
This condo exceeded our expectations! It was impeccably clean, felt brand new, and had ample space for myself, my husband, our 4 year old, and our nanny. The location is completely epic, right in the center of Poipu and walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, the Poipu Athletic Club for drop-in classes, and of course the beach. The views are absolutely stunning, and the pool was great. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and we really appreciated that all we had to do when we left was load and start the dish washer and remove the trash. No stripping beds, starting the washer, etc. It made our departure much easier. Thank you thank you thank you Kevin and Belle for a wonderful stay! We will be back.
My husband and I love this property. It is beautifully furnished and meticulously cared for. Just across the street is the ocean. You can walk to Kukui’ula for lunch and shopping! We come every year and stay at this lovely condo.
Score lower than 5 stars:1. The downstairs bathroom was not very clean.2. The Neighborhood had some issues in the evening. The street parking, racing (happened once), tire screeching where not expected in this small piece of paradise.
Beautiful property & condo. Superb communication upon booking through departure. Great location, walkable or simple short drive to shops, beaches, golfing & restaurants. Highlight was watching waves & sunset from inside the condo or outside on the patio.
We just stayed on this property last week. We were 6 friends traveling together. This is a beautiful property and a stunning location with water views all around. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the pool. The home is well appointed with every amenity necessary. Belle, who is the owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we go back to Kauai, we will definitely check to see if this property is still available for a return visit.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying here in Kauai. The property was very nice and came with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The location was great as well. It was very close to the beach. The property manage and the owner were very nice and answered all our questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent this property again on our next return.
We had a great week at this exceptionally immaculate and well stocked condo. There were 4 adults and one 21 month old toddler. Plenty of room for all of us.
We enjoyed the pool and grounds, but Poipu Beach was especially fun for a toddler, and it was just minutes away.
The patio outside our condo was a great place to watch the ocean waves......view was fantastic.
