The location was ideal for exploring Poipu. Very clean and modern accomodations that were comfortable. Hot tub was a bonus
Good location. Close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Kitchen lacked utensils, full Tupperware sets and baking sheets. Size of unit was great. The washing machine smelled musty and was filthy. We couldn’t use it until cleaning tablets were provided and cleaned by us. The unit itself could’ve been cleaner and no cleaning supplies are available. This would be helpful for people staying for long periods of time. Beach equipment was adequate but lacked an umbrella which would’ve been nice for elderly guests. Parking space was too small for our vehicle so we were stuck searching for visitor parking which was an issue as one traveler was disabled. The ac was an issue as you cannot turn it below 74! The one bedroom was hot all the time and very uncomfortable. There are fans in each room but they were dirty. Gardening begins at 7 am on some days which is not ideal. The property itself is beautiful. Pool was nice and not crowded. For how much this costs, we were disappointed.
The condo was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again.
Nice 10 day stay on the beautiful island of Kauai. Rental was close to many great beaches. Pool and fitness room just a short walk.
Everything is good. The apartment is huge, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a big living area. The only things disappoint me is that is the nice kitchen there is no seasoning to allow us to cook simple food. I only found very little salt and pepper to use.
We really enjoyed all of the amenities and all of the beautiful grounds and plants around us. The view was amazing it was exactly how it was described and even more pretty in person. We enjoyed the pool and barbecuing and just sitting out on the back patio. It's close to everything it was only like a very short walk down to the water.
Great place to stay!! It was so relaxing and the perfect location. Kauai is the perfect island to visit if you want to really unwind and relax.
The layout is very nice for 3 couples. Like the way all the bedrooms are separated. We enjoyed the lanai daily and the kitchen set up was great. Would recommend staying here.
After reading lots of reviews about staying on the south shore during Winter months so glad we decided to stay in Poipu. This place we stayed at was fantastic close to shops & restaurants and great beaches within walking distance. The place was clean when we arrived. I would recommend staying here.
We overall found this property to meet all are expectations. Loved how safe we felt. The property was full to cook. Would have loved for some cleaner so we could clean up. We went and purchased some.
We only have a few reccomend Arizona The hours of the pool and workout gym we’re not as convenient. Wish they opened at 0600. Also the early check out was horrible. Most places we have stayed at have a 1100-1:00 pm checkout.
I would stay at this property again if there was a later checkout.
Very clean, nice property just minutes from the beach, shopping and golf. We had a great stay. The only problem was one of the handles for the bedroom toilet was broken.
It was even nicer than the photos reflect and everything was super clean and stocked. Rooms were all great sizes with plenty of closet space for storage. Pool area was very nice as well and used several times. Located so conveniently to the beach, shops & restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!!
Condo appeared exactly as it was in the photos, worked well for 6 adults, and was a great distance from Poipu beach and other attractions.
The entire experience was colored by the issues we had upon checking in.
When we arrived it was 88 degrees inside. We immediately went to turn down the thermostat and the Nest showed it would not be cooled to 73 for a minimum of 2 hours. For our entire stay the apartment would not cool below 73 degrees. There was a password to the system and unless someone was home in the middle of the day it continued to get up to 88 degrees, which seemed to be the "cap."
The automatic keypad was broken after our initial entry. We tried everything in our power and there was no solution. My friends had to leave the door unlocked while they slept and Vacasa would not provide a timeline for fixing the "small issue." That meant we had to leave all of our belongings in an unlocked house the following day as we were also not provided a physical key until the next day.
I spent HOURS on my phone texting with Vacasa, both the evening we arrived and the next day, to the point that the bride of the wedding we were attending asked that our group not discuss it any further as it was causing such duress.
I reached out to Vacasa several times asking for a refund for the first night/day as an issue of safety is unforgivable and they keep shuttling me to different reps who are “looking into my request.”
The entire experience from Vacasa was very disappointing.

We loved our few days at this condo! We were 6 adults (3 couples) and everyone had their own space. There is a large kitchen which was great for gathering for breakfast and a wonderful patio with a view of the inner island. This condo is well located close to the shopping center and just a couple of minutes drive to the beaches in the south shore.
One note: There are two parking spaces - one open and one in the garage. The garage space was very narrow for our large mini-van that we rented. It worked out fine because we were able to park outside, but just noting that for future renters.
We also really enjoyed the large and quiet pool area, which had a good covered area to provide shade.
We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was clean, modern decor and perfect for 6 couples. Beautiful location and close to the beach, hiking and local shopping. Excellent response from the management when we had a small issue with the lock, all we had to do was text and they came out quickly to fix it. They asked if we were celebrating anything and left us an anniversary card, beautiful flowers, and some local treats. Great customer service with that special touch. We loved it and will be back!

It was very clean and located close to everything in Poipu. We could walk to the shopping area and to the Poipu beach(that was a pretty long walk but not hard). The AC was not working but they brought in 2 portable AC units and fans so it ended up very comfortable. Overall the property was great.
Nice condo with a good location. Kitchen could use more utensils. Patio furniture dated.
The good - large unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully stocked essentials, e.g. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, towels. Nicely maintained grounds.
The bad - Toaster, ice maker, garage door remote, central AC all broken. Took VACASA 3 days to explain about broken AC. 2 window units, which worked well in January. Probably not in the summer. Nothing in pantry except salt and pepper. 2 table knives in drawer with silverware. DVD player, but no DVDs. TVs in 2 bedrooms had no cable or streaming. Worn and dirty furniture, cabinets, and unit in general showing it's age. Lanai furniture rusted. Barely anything on the walls. A cold, sterile rental. Never been to a rental with just salt and pepper. Cleaning crew must be throwing everything left by previous renters away. Would never stay there again. Poorly managed by VACASA.
