The penthouse was well equipped and comfortable for our family. We walked to both beaches and enjoyed the pool. The garage had great amenities for the beach including a beach wagon which was very helpful. Our only minor issue was with the tv in the master. It never allowed us to watch any local channels and the remote for cable didn’t appear to work. Also, given the size of the Master a small dresser would be a nice edition.Overall, great location and wonderful accommodations!
I’m rating a 4 star due to no coffee upon arrival, I believe I read that there would be some available and the couch and throw pillows were very dirty. Thank you for the late check out.
Our stay at this property was enjoyed by all. The kitchen was definitely putto good use as well as the lanai’s. The access to the pool and beaches was also a highlight with our group
Overall, a great place and location. We had a hard time finding the location initially via Google maps, it sent us to 2 nearby locations first. The host was great to help us find it though. The bunk bed room does not fit grown adults so we had to shift our setup a bit. But ample space for everyone still.
4 out of 5 starsGreat Location with Some Room for ImprovementWe recently stayed at this condo during our trip to Kauai, and overall, we had a good experience, though there were a few drawbacks worth noting.Pros:The location is excellent—within close walking distance to Poipu Beach and several others, as well as a nice selection of restaurants. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both of which were clean and in great condition. One very convenient feature was the elevator that opens directly into the unit, which made bringing in luggage much easier. Parking was also stress-free, and check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.Cons:Unfortunately, the condo was not fully cleaned when we arrived—trash had been left in the unit, and there were towels still in both the washer and dryer. The carpet was in poor condition—matted down and stained. The shades in the master bedroom didn’t retract evenly, and the balcony off the master was extremely hot and noisy due to the A/C condenser fan, making it nearly unusable.We also encountered a few maintenance issues: the remote control batteries were dead (we found replacements above the dryer), the balcony door lock was difficult to operate, and the ceiling fan in the master only worked in reverse. That room also stayed much warmer than the rest of the unit—likely 5 degrees higher—and the A/C wouldn’t cool below 72F. The pillows were forNeed more room to complete review!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Poipu. The unit was lovely and spacious. The outdoor living space was wonderfully furnished and lended to a great week. Location and grounds were gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. Unit was wonderfully equipped! Property manager was so kind and quick to help with grocery deliveries and AirPods that were left behind. All in all, it was a beautiful place to make lasting family memories and celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary! Thank you, thank you!
For the price, we were disappointed in the bed linens and the dirty carpet and living room couch. These would be simple fixes, and for the price we do generally expect a but better other areas.
This place is amazing for multiple couples or families. We had 6 adults, a toddler, and baby.
This place offers plenty of privacy but also an awesome living space and main lanai. We had many dinners together. Everything you need is available in the huge kitchen!
Sunsets in the master were breath taking!
We walked to the beach every day. Saw sea turtles every day! Poipu has the perfect beach for littles! The walk is through a garden. Very safe.. lots of restaurants and neat shops nearby. Is ladies walked to nearby Hyatt to use their spa for the day. We took a drive to the North shore with lots of stops and were home by dinner time.. We cant Wait to come back!!! Thnaks for the great space!

Two families, total of 7 had a fabulous time at this amazing property. It met and exceeded our expectations. The property, location, and amenities were excellent. I would absolutely love to return.
Location is perfect! The view is great from this penthouse. It is decorated nicely - very beachy modern. You cannot hear any noise from neighbors. The environment is calm and peaceful. It was well stocked and included the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear. It was hard to leave.
We had a wonderful stay for 7 on our girls trip. The grounds and unit are well maintained and the property is within easy walking distance to Poipu, Shipwreck, and Brennecke’s Beach. We really appreciated the early check-in. We would stay again.
We loved our stay. Great location, great property. Had a wonderful, dreamy week. Having an elevator open into the condo made everyone feel extra fancy.
