My recent stay here was disappointing, not only because the actual accommodations vastly differed from the listing, but also due to the interaction with the property manager.
- The room lacked the advertised ocean view; there was no view.
- High ceilings seen in photos were absent.
- Contrary to the listing, Wi-Fi wasn't free.
- Essential amenities like a washing machine were missing.
- The decor differed completely from the listing's photos.
When I addressed these issues, the property manager was rude and insisted that discrepancies were noted in the listing, which I did not find to be true. Although a $50 refund was offered, it felt insufficient for a stay costing $500 per night.
