Such a great location with view to the ocean from balcony or bed. Over the road is a snorkelling beach. Had a washing machine and dryer in condo which I would normally not note but stayed at a few other condos that said had washing machine / dryer but they were in a seperate laundry room on property. Poipu is very central to see many of the islands key sights but if all you are after is nice beach more beautiful in north of island.
My husband and I stayed here for our first time in Kauai, and it was exactly what I expected if not even better! No AC but it's not even needed with the ocean breeze you get, our room had an awesome view with the ocean to our right so close you could hear the waves and I loved the garden path right outside our door. I would recommend this to a friend, only downside was I didn't receive a check in email even in my spam. Luckily there was an emergency line I called because my flight got in late where she told me to pick up the key in the lihue office (which was a 20 min drive from the room) that process was a little strange but still worked out okay!
Attended a family wedding
This is a very nice unit in a great location. There are spectacular sunsets at the beach across the street and beautiful sunrises from the balcony outside the bedroom. It's close to the Poipu beaches, dining and shopping but not in the middle of all the crowds. At first glance, the layout of the unit looks a bit odd and a little dated, but it works very well, has plenty of space and is very comfortable. The balcony is a perfect place to relax and watch the ocean or have a peaceful dinner (fresh fish from a local fisherman in Waimea). Beach chairs and an umbrella (new) are provided as well as other beach equipment. There is a nice pool, and the garden landscaping is beautiful. Plenty of parking with the garage next door. This is an excellent choice for a stay in Kauai.

Very easy pre-stay arrangements and arrival. We have stayed in the area a number of times, very much preferring it to the cramped warren of condos in Princeville, or the places along the East Coast that do not have access to any nice swimming areas. Easy enough to drive up to Hanalei or Kialia if we want to surf or enjoy a long beach, but from the unit in Prince Kuhio, we can just walk across the road for excellent snorkeling or just a morning & evening swim.

Everything was perfect! It was super easy to check in at the office. It’s really close to the airport and right next to Walmart if you needed to pick up anything. Once you get your keys , you head to the rental. It was so nice having a parking garage to park in. Kept our truck covered and it’s in a great safe location. The condo was perfect. It was much larger than I thought. The living room is nice with full window walls that looks over the condo garden. The room has a king bed with also full window walls and a balcony. It looks over prince Kuhio historical site and she ocean view ! There were 100’s of green parrots that flew in the large tree in view from our room. It was spectacular . The condo has everything you need! Fans , snorkel gear, coolers, towels, and more. It was very comfortable and very spacious for two people. The beach house restaurant and snorkel beach is right across the street. Your parking is the same parking area as their valet. So getting dinner there is very convenient. We had electric bikes we kept in our truck at night with no issues. We buzzed around town in the bikes and were able to get anywhere we needed really easy. So fun ! It was perfect . We highly recommend this spot and the service with the rental company is just wonderful. Gloria is so sweet :) it was nice talking with her .

Nice location - condo needs renovation
We were so happy with our stay. The location is absolutely beautiful, with bonus sunset across the road each evening. The location is convenient in every way … beaches across the road and each direction. We explored the entire island and the drive to each end of the road was beautiful and we enjoyed beach stops. The snorkeling here is great. The condo is clean throughout and we really enjoyed the balcony. The island is packed with their local roosters and you’ll wake to the ocean and them talking each morning. We’ll be back!
Great property in a great location. Could walk to two wonderful snorkeling beaches and it was an easy walk to a shopping center as well. We’d stay here again for sure.

With beaches, shopping and rentals close by this unit cannot be beat for the price. Lots of great amenities included and surprising square footage. This unit was spotless and we'll definitely try to book it on our next trip.
We were on the 3rd floor and the view of the grounds and monument out the bedroom glass doors was incredible. The ocean view was amazing out on the balcony and could be seen while lying in bed. Love to wake up to the sound of the ocean waves crashing onto the shore. The bed was really comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The bathroom is a bit out dated, but it works well and the place was nicely stocked with everything needed for a nice stay. The lunch bag and reusable grocery bag was such a thoughtful touch. Management was readily available and checking in and out was very easy. We would definitely book here again.

We have stayed at the Prince Kuhio a few times and really like the location. Great view of the ocean from lanai. Value is always good. Unit 320 could use some updating (especially the carpeting in bedroom), but overall it was clean and well stocked. Enjoyed having the beach chairs and cooler. Pool is great!
Very good location, best snorkeling on island right across street. Snorkel on the left side of the resort to see lots of big turtles but have to go in on the rocks to enter water on that side, worth it. View out the balcony on the 3rd floor is really nice it overlooks prince kuhio park and the ocean as well. Condo was stocked very well had everything you can imagine, beach chairs, snorkels and masks, hiking poles. Condo is older and could use a bit of updating, but bed is great and all in all not much to complain about.
The location of our condo was great. All the amenities made oir trip easier- havimg beach chairs, towels, pool noddles, umbrella, coolers, and snorkeling masks!
Excellent find. Very comfortable setting and conditions. Something for everyone. We will definitely consider this property on a future visit.
