Amazing views. Responsive staff/host. Great pool. Wish it had AC throughout as listed in the amenities. The AC units in the bedrooms worked fine.
This is a stunningly beautiful unit in the best location on the property. It is beautifully appointed and we loved the homeowners book of the recent renovation. The pool is marvelous. We would appreciate the addition of a gas BBQ on the property instead of charcoal. IMO The only drawback of the property is the lack of an efficient A/C unit. I understand the owner is in the process of changing that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
Everything we ever dreamed of in a Hawaiian vacation! Opened the doors to the stylish and comfortable condo and we all gasped at how nice. Opened the traditional shutters to a magnificent unimpeded view of the ocean directly across the street- perfection! Excellent location, nicely appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and beach supplies. Watching surfers from the sea wall, catching a meteor shower from the lanai. Very memorable stay.
Our family of four stayed at this amazing property for a week. We wanted something that was close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, allowing us to walk, but also far enough away to enjoy some rest and relaxation. It was perfect. One thing we did not realize was that the accommodation did not have central air conditioning. The bedrooms each had a portable air conditioner. It worked out well enough.
Pros:-Beautiful location: cannot be overstated how pretty-Close to diving, snorkeling, restaurants-Well maintained: Excellent, professional property management; very responsive to issues-Good pool-Helpful on-site LaundryCons:-AC (a couple of bedroom units) simply insufficient during the arrival/day/evening. You *will* be suffering.-No heating at night (and it can get quite cool)-Loud noise from people stopped/camped/partying on road nightly (see pro bullet 1: it’s very pretty). Ocean is also kind of loud, but that didn’t bother us as it’s pleasant white noise. -Bizarre louver system on all windows. Yes, theoretically it’s possible (if annoying) to crank these open and closed throughout the day to manage temperature. But at these prices in 2025, I’d expect central environment control.
Beautiful view and great location for our much needed break! Very good communications so we knew how to access the unit plus what amenities were available.
This property is the best unit in the best property on south shore! Kiahuna beach is the steps away and was our favorite beach- swimming and snorkeling. The property managers were clear with communication and swiftly addressed a minor issue without interfering with our stay. One note- the daybed in the guest room didn't seem to be a full size twin. Perfect for our kid but an adult wouldn't be pleased. Thanks for a memorable stay!
Overall, we had a great experience with the condo itself. Condition was good and well kept. The views of the ocean were great, and it was easy walking distance to a nice beach with swimming. During our stay it seemed like the complex was largely for older couples so just something to keep in mind if you are traveling with kids - our kids had more fun at the beach vs the pool as a result. My only issue with the condo and the reason I would not stay here again is that a road runs in front of the unit which impacted the experience for us. There was a pretty consistent stream of cars and people walking on the road. There was not excessive noise so while this is probably fine for many, I prefer a quieter, more private experience so the road was not ideal. Overall, though, a really good experience.
We stayed at this property for 10 days. The views of the ocean from the living area and master bedroom were spectacular. The kitchen and guest room had views of the pool and grassy area that included lots of palms and flowering plants. Sunset views from the property were looked forward to daily. There were sunset spectators but they were respectful and were always gone shortly after the sun went down, we never had excessive noise. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils and the upstairs bedrooms do have an air conditioning unit. The first floor even with sliders all opened was incredibly warm in the afternoon. We tried not to use any of the lights on the 1st floor to try to keep it cooler and more tolerable. The condo is about a 5-10 walk to a local coffee shop and the walk to Poipu Beach took about 15. We enjoyed several meals in Poipu but really found ourselves enamored with the small town of Koloa, about a 7 min drive. We would recommend any family to stay at this rental.
We have eyed this property on previous stays. It did not disappoint. Views are amazing. Great flow through air. Be aware there is no air conditioning on the main level and individual units in the bedrooms. It can be warm at times mainly late afternoon as the sun is setting. We didn’t mind at all. Love it here and would stay again no hesitation. Thank you.
Nice location with easy walk to beach. Short walk to Sheraton. Great breeze with sliding doors open.
Overall wonderful unit and very clean would be perfect if it had central air.
This property is in an ideal location to enjoy Poipu and Koloa. Best sunsets and whale activity right from the private lanai. The condo is well appointed and quiet. More spread out than I anticipated, which was nice! The grounds are clean as is the pool. The property manager was professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
