Beautifully presented, thoughtfully furnished and equipped with a wonderful ocean view and nothing but the sound of waves! (Or cool and efficient silent split system AC if you choose). Immaculately clean - it was a delight to arrive. Cindy and her team had thought if everything I needed. I did not want to leave. I'll be back! Mahalo, Simon
I thought the property was very beautiful as I remember it back in 2003 my last trip here. The kitchen facilities were stocked and wonderful. Wi-Fi was accessible and I have to say that my check in with Cindy was beyond amazing. I arrived here and my phone was dead. I couldnโt find my recharger and I couldnโt the passcode to get in the door and I told cindy how horrible I was feeling and she helped me get in and she was amazing through my whole day.

A perfect getaway for our honeymoon. The beach access was perfect for late afternoon relaxation. Proximity to the marketplace and other shops made it easy to find food options in a pinch. If we ever find outselves in kauai again we will stay here for sure!
I loved the location of this resort. My specific room had a great view of the ocean, great to wake up to every day. It was clean and had all of the amenities that was needed. Only thing I would have liked in addition would be a boogie board.
Wonderful, comfortable, close access to beach and pool, able to see whales on the horizon one morning, access to staff easily, yummy Lava Lava Beach Club food and music, perfect jumping off point for all things Kauai, and wonderful to return "home" to this sweet abode.And if you have to close the sliding glass door to the lanai because of rooster crowing, the fan/ac unit is super quiet and helpful! Would definitely come back to stay here again.
The property was right on the beach. Our room was very quiet and dark which made sleeping great. There was a walkway for walking and shopping nearby.
Truly the perfect place for us. Sunrise view every morning, steps away from pool, hot tub, and beach. Great walking path. Lots of restaurants. Great home base to explore island.

Stayed 7 nights and we were very happy with the location. It was very quiet except for the roosters, but that is part of the experience. Close to the beach and Coconut Marketplace. Would stay here again.
The property was beautiful, the view from the balcony was nice with both garden and ocean. It was quiet and relaxing.
Kappa is centrally located on the island making it easy to visit both the north side and south conveniently.
Just wish we could have used the onsite laundry, but we managed. Mahalo
Room was great. Excellent bathroom, bed and balcony. View was pretty good. The property is spectacular with a great pool and pretty decent shoreline for lounging and watching the ocean. Convenient location.
Only issue was with the WiFi. Owner did give us the correct wifi and password. Cable TV didnโt work properly either.
The check in/check out process was easy. The room was clean and everything was as advertised.
The expansive property was secluded and beautiful even though it was a short walk to restaurants, grocery, shopping and shaved ice. The room/bed was very comfortable and it was always quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves.
We really loved the overall property location, cleanliness and we felt safe. Our check-in information and the information posted online closely matched the description. Communication was great prior to arrival and really love the reminder emails. Loved that there were security guards on property and the maintenance staff was always working. Overall it was nice and clean. However, the refrigerator seemed to have not been cleaned, it had hair in the fridge (all over) small but enough to be seeing. Some of the drawers in kitchen and bathroom can use updates as it seems like they have wear and tear. We had two lights on a strip that was mounted on top of headboard that were out. We noticed a few days in to our stay, we contact via email the property manager to make her aware. She did not ask our permission to come into the room, we told her we would not be in the room and were checking out the following day and if it could be taken care of then...she sent someone to take care of it with out our consent. Did not appreciate that. On the final day, our checkout time was at 10 AM. We went out to eat breakfast before leaving, came back to the room and there cleaning ladies waiting right outside our door. When we let them know that we were not ready, they just stood there and literally waited till we left. I felt so rushed, we hurried to pack our things, it wasn't even 9 AM yet! Other than these few things, we really loved the location, view, access to beach, walking paths, food, shops
The view from the lanai was wonderful! The Kauai Kookies and Kauai Coffee samplers in the kitchen table basket were a nice touch! Location is a stones throw from the Coconut Marketplace and many good food/dining options in walking distance!
Perfect for two people, right on the beach which was quiet. Loved the seals on the beach! Was a fun surprise.
The place really had everything we needed. The ONLY thing I would have liked a few more of were shower towels.
Two beach chairs and a cooler were provided - that was nice. With the shops and restaurants below, we ate quite a bit there and grocery shopped for snacks and drinks. Super convenient.
The view from the porch is even better than the pictures. The ocean was much closer than what the pictures show on the listing.
Highly recommend esp for the price and all of the conveniences that are right there!
The room was very spacious, very clean, and offered everything we could possibly want or need and then some! Iโve stayed in many places all over the world, and this by FAR has been the very, very best, without a doubt. I loved it here and never wanted to leave!
The property is exactly as advertised, with exceptional ocean views from the patio. I also would point out that the pull-out bed is surprisingly comfortable. I was on it for a week with no complaints. It was a bit of a downer that we could not use the on-site laundry, but everything else about the place was fantastic. Also, you cannot beat the location. There are at least 10 great restaurants and a grocery store a short walk from the condo.
