This place was ok. You have all the pots and pans, beach gear, and needed fans. Bare minimum towels. Nothing left in pantry or fridge, so no cooking spray or condiments of any kind. If you don’t pan on cooking, make sure to pick those items up. The location of this specific apartment building is wrong on both Google and Apple Maps, which made for a frustrating 30 minutes of confusion and walking around until we found the right place at 1230 am (when they arrived due to delayed flight). There was construction on the roof and my water was shut off for a few hours without any communication about these events beforehand. Both the pool key and key fob didn’t work on the pool gate door. Decent place. Good location. It worked for us with a few frustrations. .
We thoroughly enjoy the location of the Manualoha property. It is close to fantastic beaches (Brennecke and Poipu) but also lots to do in the area. Shopping, golfing, hiking and fishing. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and we love the pool with the ocean view. This was our second time at this property, first time at unit 1006. We really liked the unit. It was spacious and was well equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Everything worked and the unit was clean. We loved watching sunsets from the second storey lanai and eating breakfast and lunches on the main floor lanai, which because not ground level, offered a partial view of the ocean. The only criticism I have for this property is that the single beds in the lower bedroom are quite small. I had 2 tall boys with me over 6 feet tall who barely fit on this beds. Longer beds would be much better. I would also suggest getting a few more forks. We only had 7 and were constantly washing forks. Otherwise, an amazing stay! Mahola!
2 adults and 2 babies this was a great place for the family and easy access to pools and beach. Would stay here again definitely.

Great condo for our family with two young kids. Closet full of beach and pool toys, beach chairs, etc. lots of space in upstairs primary bedroom with a beautiful view. Three lanais, one off each bedroom and one from the living room which was perfect for outdoor dining. Kids enjoyed the keiki books in the bookshelf as well. Loved the pool and easy walk to poipu beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Very clean. No air conditioning can be uncomfortable, but fans in BRs help with keeping cool to sleep.
Everything was better than expected. Very clean and well maintained property. The management group made it easy and was super helpful/prompt with directions any questions I may have had. The views from this unit are outstanding. We also loved that it was so spacious. The Poipu area is beautiful. You won’t be disappointed.
We were in Kauai for a family wedding. This place is great for a family. There were plenty of beach toys, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc in the closet for our use. Within walking distance to Poipu Beach. However you may want to drive if you don't have a wagon to pull the beach gear. The constant breezes in the primary suite upstairs made for great sleeping!
I would give it an excellent except the facility has a pool that is nice but not kid friendly. My 10 and 12 year old were playing in the pool and a staff me e e came up and told them there is no rough play or splashing in the pool. Also, my 6 year old had a very small floaty as the pool is very deep and I didn’t feel comfortable having her in there without a floaty and the same staff member came and told us floatation devices were not allowed. I explained why I wanted her to have one and he said we needed to get a life jacket. After that second day we just didn’t go into the pool at the facility which was a shame because we were really excited to use it.
Also, the two small beds and the king bed in the master were amazing but the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. After the second day I just pulled out the mattress and put on the floor as that was more comfortable than sleeping on the pull out frame. If it weren’t for those two items, this location and facility would get a perfect 10 instead of an 8.
The condo was spacious and comfortable, and in a perfect location--short walk to the beach and easy drive to Koloa Town and Poipu restaurants. Highly recommend it!
My family enjoyed our stay here, with a couple qualifications. This is a property managed by Parrish and this was our second time staying in a property handled by them. They are in general very responsive and considerate. We had a couple of issues with not having enough towels etc and they were quick to help. So that was a plus. The checkout process had a minor hiccup which was not fab, but they immediately acknowledged their mistake and apologized.
The kids loved the pool which is close to the ocean and we loved being able to walk down to Poipu beach. The condo complex is well maintained and pleasant. There are adorable little lizards all over the place, it was a great spot.
So why 4/5 stars? The property itself could use a little TLC. It felt like no one had stayed there in awhile. The outside furniture had bird poops on it, rusty beach chairs, no trash/garbage bin upstairs at all.. not a big deal, but a lot of little things like that added up to it just not being a wow. It was fine. And I mean it's Kauai, we were just so happy to be there.
