Condo was very nice and well stocked. There was a slight issue with drain and the owners were prompt in getting it taken care of. Highly recommend!

Condo was in a beautiful area close to shopping and Foodland. Beautiful Hanalei is just a few minutes away with more shopping and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the cozy lanai morning and night. There was always a breeze blowing. The only negative thing to say is the number of rugs throughout the house. This is a great villa on the north side of Kauai. Location is great for being a home base to almost everywhere. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master has a sliding door to the lanai, which is accessible also from the living/dining room. The master bath was all that, with a spacious welkin shower. My biggest challenge was figuring out what light switches were where... and they were marked. And my other issue was ever leaving the lanai. The nature was amazing with birds, geckos, and serenity.

Great condo for two couples with everything you need and then some. Owners are good communicators and very helpful. Condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. Centrally located to north shore beaches and activities, but there isn’t much that is walkable. Our only real surprise and disappointment was the amount of traffic noise from the adjacent road that carries almost all of the traffic in Princeville. We learned to ignore it to enjoy the ocean breeze blowing through our open windows.Mahalo to Ken and Chloe!
This was the perfect place for our visit. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed as we prefer cooking our meals (vs going out).The setting is lovely and the patio welcoming. The owners were fabulous to deal with and if we come back to Kauai, we would look to stay here again.
Lovely property and great owners. They were very approachable and when we had a few questions before we arrived, they were answered quickly. When your only gripe is that a property needs a new carrot peeler, you know that you've stayed at a wonderful place ... can't wait to go back

This place is local Hawaii resident approved! We live on Big Island and frequent the other islands when our adult kids visit throughout the year so we can play tour guide and make that long plane ride from the mainland unique for them each trip. While we only spent our evenings to sleep in the unit, we appreciated the peace and quiet, cleanliness, communication, ease of access/parking, reasonable pricing, amenities and location. We loved that the bedrooms were separated by the living/dining area and that all appliances were in clean/ working order - a rare experience for us with all the other vacation rentals we’ve stayed in locally. We stayed for a week and will definitely not only stay again but will recommend highly to others.

It is clear that the Ken and Chloe take a lot of pride in their property. They were responsive and had good communication. The kitchen was well stocked and having beach chairs and towels available was very helpful.
We really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. The place is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Foodland supermarket is nearby, and Hanalei is a short drive. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking a evening walk.
My girls and I had a wonderful stay. Had my morning coffee out in the lanei and watched those red headed birds come chirp at me. The place has some spices and olive oil so don’t go and buy. My girls loved just walking across the way to do a morning work out. This place was literally centrally located. A few minutes here and there. We went to annini, tunnels and hanalei beaches. Rented our snorkeling gear from Hanalei Surf Co. and went to the Fire Show. I would definitely come back and stay with the family.
Beautiful condo in the well-groomed town of Princeville. Clean, decorated with beautiful aloha in every room, well appointed with all the necessary beach and kitchen gear, close to Hanalei where we ate a lot and numerous lovely beaches! Ken and Chloe our hosts were super informative, gracious and helpful and really helped make our Kauai experience memorable! Mahalo nui for sharing your beautiful home and welcoming us to the island!
