Location was awesome, right on the water with a beautiful view. Beautiful beach was a short walk down a steep hill, with amazing snorkeling. We saw 4 turtles in 5 minutes! Condo came with the perfect amount of beach gear. Our family enjoyed the cozy couch and recliner chairs to watch movies in the evening.
We loved everything about our stay. We appreciated all of the info that we received on the check in process in advance of arrival. The condo is beautifully decorated, feels open and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked, and the view is gorgeous. An all around wonderful experience.

We stayed on this side of the island for half our stay, and really liked this place. It was clean, and so easy to walk to Hideaway Beach (one of my new fav places). Parking was also easy. All things were at or above expectations. If we return to the area, I would look to rent this place again.
This was our first experience using VRBO - it was an excellent one! Paul was very clear and organized with communication and the condo was impeccable. All details thought of - one of the most relaxing and comfortable vacations we’ve ever had!

Our daughter, who goes to law school back East, invited us (her parents) for her Spring Break! (I know, right!) We chose this beautiful ocean-view condo (with easy walk-to access to a couple of beaches) in Princeville, Kauai. For one 24-hour period, our daughter had a Law Review deadline that had to be met. Your condo inspired her. Everything - first-time entry, accommodations, ocean-view, etc. exceeded our expectations! We plan to return!
This property has an incredible view and the decor is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is so well stocked and the beds are so comfy.
Prime whale viewing from the lanai! Delicious cocktails and food next door at swanky Hotel One. Hideaways Beach is down a steep hill from the parking lot - anyone without serious mobility issues can access it. Condo is clean, well stocked kitchen with decent pots and pans, not the usual scratched up pans as in other rentals. Comfortable bed, master mattress is soft. Huge shower. Owners are very responsive to questions. No complaints - I’d be happy to stay here again!
We travel to Hawaii once a year and our stay this year at Paul's Princeville Condo was our best ever. Everything was perfect including this extra spacious condo with large outdoor patiio and the amazing view of the ocean. Thank You Paul!
This was our second stay in this unit. It was just as wonderful as the first time, maybe even more, as we had really missed it. This condo is impeccably clean and comfortable, very well maintained, and we feel at home here. The decor and ambience makes you feel that you are privileged to be staying in someone's much loved home. Great stay! The big water views were stunning, sounds of the crashing waves awesome, and the condo was spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We are a family of 4 (2 teen sons). We did end up pulling one single mattress to the living room for our oldest who snores which worked great. Area: Princeville is such a pretty area. The hike down to Hideaway beach is fun. We spent most our time at Hanalei Bay beach (which is an 15 min drive) and spent allot of time driving/exploring the island. Happy Talk Lounge and Wiki pizza are a few blocks away at Hanalei Bay Resort (HBR) which was our fav w a drop dead gorgeous view of sunset. The valet parking at HBR was great too - we parked and used the cement path to walk down to the beach before dinner. We also walked next door to the 1 Hotel. But it’s fancier than we like. Notes: To open the door turn the key LEFT then turn a bit more until you hear a click - took us a while to figure this out w help from a neighbor. There are a flight of stairs to access the property from the parking lot. Would stay again.
We had the pleasure of staying at Paul and Priscilla's beautiful two-bedroom property in Princeville, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of four, including a teenager and an adult daughter. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and included all the amenities as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made our stay very comfortable. There was ample space for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. One of the highlights of our stay were the breathtaking ocean views and the stunning surrounding area, which added a special touch to our vacation. Paul and Priscilla were outstanding hosts; their communication was clear and responsive, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and are truly grateful to have been able to share this lovely property. Should we return to Kauai, we would definitely look to book this exact location again. This was a beautiful property and a wonderful stay! Close to everything! The best beach access was at the Westin. Beautiful quiet pool, sunrise yoga at the golf club. We had a wonderful vacation.
This place was so fun! Everything we wanted. We would definitely come again. AAA+ The beach next door was magical and a great place to swim. Plus, Hanalei Bay was so close!
Our stay here was amazing. The view of the ocean and sky was so beautiful and serene. It was very clean, plenty of towels were provided, and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Its just a short drive to Hanalei town. We would definitely stay here again!
We headed north for a few days with our two high schoolers. From the moment we walked in to that breathtaking view, everyone really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are only highlighted by the well-kept unit itself. It is the most convenient location to walk to some of our favorite spots, Hideaways and Pu'u Poa beach. The owners gave very detailed information before we arrived, making for an easy check in and check out. Quiet and spacious, this property allowed for one of the best stays we've had in Princeville. It's now on our repeat-stay list.
This condo was exquisitely decorated (the furnishings and artwork/decor were beautiful) and truly provided everything you could want for a stay. We spent a week there in July and the only complaint I have is that the balcony was too sunny and hot during the afternoons to enjoy it! However, we loved sitting out there in the morning with coffee and then watching the sunset in the evenings. Wonderful views.
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped which was great for us since we like to cook while on vacation.
It was really nice to have easy access to Hideaway Beach which was about 8 mins walk from door to sand. We went every day! And the snorkeling there (if willing to go out a bit) was great. We saw many fish and turtles. One caveat is the trail down to the beach is a bit steep and could be difficult for some. It does have ropes/railings to help, though!
We loved the location, especially during summer when the weather isn't too wet and you can hike/boat/kayak nearby. Many restaurants and activities close by, too.
King bed was very comfortable and the living room with large TV and recliners made us feel at home.
There is only one tennis court, but has portable nets for two pickleball courts. There are freshwater rinse stations at base of the buildings and ample parking. Just perfect for an easy vacation!
A bit pricey, but highly recommend if you can afford it. You won't be disappointed.
My family stayed here for 5 days. This location is outstanding, the view is truly amazing. Nice large kitchen, well stocked, beds are comfortable, nice furniture, TVs are big, good internet. Hideaway beach directly below is magical. There is an AC which makes hot days bearable. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends. Mahalo for a great Kauai experience.
Fantastic property and responsive host. Loved so many things about the condo. Incredible views, great kitchen amenities and grill, convenient snorkel gear, very spacious for family of 4. So many options in Kauai and this was our perfect home base. Hideaway Beach was a short walk away, make sure your hands are free on the trail as the guided ropes are a must for most. The payoff upon arriving at the beach is unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again!
We were looking for a quiet place with beautiful views and access to activities and restaurants. This condo checked all the boxes and delivered for our family of four.
Our family stayed at the property for a week. We had an amazing time and the property met and exceeded all of our expectations. The views and sunset from the lanai were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were only a short walk to Hideaway Beach. Snorkeling was awesome and we saw lots of fish and turtles. We will definitely stay at this property again for future visits to Kauai

This was a perfect base for our stay in Kauai. The location was excellent - a short walk to the 1 Hotel for breakfast and an easy drive to all the Princeville/Hanalei restaurants and activities. Hideaway Beach is a short hike from the property. The condo is spacious and very comfortable for a family of four. The view is incredible. The pool was never crowded and always warm. We would gladly stay there again!

We were 4 adults for 3 nights. Beautifully decorated immaculately clean unit. We didn't opt to cook but the kitchen was well appointed with a nicely stocked pantry.
We enjoyed the proximity to 1 for dining and public beach access just left of 1's guard shack. Breakfast buffet there is excellent.
We would happily stay at this place again absolutely no complaints.
We stayed here on our family vacation and I have to say that it may be the best property that we have ever been to. First of all, the location and view is unbeatable. Secondly, the property has everything you could need. From the Keurig to oils, cooking spices, plenty of towels and a washer & dryer, we felt right at home. Everything from the beds, furniture, linens, deck chairs were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
