We are a fun-loving family with curious kids age 9&12 and found this vacation rental to be exactly what we needed for a home base during our Kauai adventure! The kitchen was easy to use, had all we needed to cook some basic meals (grocery store right down the street but we also stopped at Walmart to get some better deals). Beds were comfortable, everything was spotless! Door code makes it easy to not worry about losing a key. They really helped us understand how to take care of the space and it was pretty easy. They asked us not to wear shoes in the house, which of course makes sense because Kauai is very dirty with lots of sand and red dirt getting all over you when you’re out and about. Recycling station down the street. The windows open fully at night to allow the trade winds to cool down the whole space and it was lovely to sleep with the sounds of bugs, frogs, then wake to silly roosters and finally the beautiful songbirds. Geckos and katydids will come visit you on the screens of your windows and screen door at night. This is a great choice for a family who wants a North Shore adventure base. It was also easy to park our rental car in the spaces outside as everything is open. Close to Hanalei/Princeville. A nice walk to Nourish, which is such an amazing fresh food stand as well as Saenz Ohana Breakfast which was tasty! In fact, check the guest book about the walk down through Old Club Med Ruins to Puu Poa beach!
Wonderful place great location!
We loved staying here. It was secluded (no noise, street sounds, etc.) and we felt like we were in our own private tropical paradise. There was a beautiful secluded beach nearby. The kitchen was wonderful, as we like to make our own meals for the most part. Nice little patio for wine time, overlooking beautiful tropical plants. We would go back and we will recommend to all.
We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, in a quiet area and close to beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay there again.
The property was spotless and as listed. We had trouble finding the property we arrived lat and was late and dark. We called the management company and spoke with someone the directed us there no problem! I would definitely stay again.
Great quality place, excellent location for all things north shore, and would happily stay again and recommend.
Everything was simply wonderful with our stay of two weeks. All appliances were in working order and the place was very clean. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai with the beautiful greenery and calls from the local birds. Great location on the beautiful north shore of Kauai.
