Condo was in the perfect location to get around the whole island. Check-in and all of the information provided by Greg upfront was perfect. Loved the property and would stay again. Sheila was so helpful on-site when we had issues with the air conditioning in the condo on the first night. She was so prompt to get it fixed.
My family had a great stay here. Greg provided everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed snorkeling with the equipment that was provided. The only two things we were disappointed in was the sofa sleeper was broken and the roosters kept us from a good night’s sleep. Other than that I would recommend this place.
Greg is the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Great communication. He also prepared a nice list of favorite restaurants and local attractions. The place is nice. Lots of amenities. The beach was (surprisingly) never crowded. Great pool also. NB there are no vending machines at the property, but there’s a Safeway and ABC store across the street.

This luxury condo was exactly as described. We were especially looking for 2 master suites. The California King Heavenly Beds were fabulous! The location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore the island. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beach right by the complex. Just beautiful, with manageable waves for adults. The grounds and pool for the complex appeared to be very well maintained.
The condo was great, the resort was greqt, we enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful and clean, equipped with everything we needed including beach gear which came in very handy during our outings visiting other beaches in the island. The location is right on the water on a semi private beach and the kids were able to swim.
Loved the location! Even though facing busy street. The condo was great and the owners were very nice and responsive. Walking distance to many places was definitely a plus. The resort was clean and well maintained.
Stayed at this Condo for a 10 day holiday vacation, couldn't have asked for a nicer Condo that was centrally located for the many attractions of Kauai. The grounds were immaculate, with a beautiful pool and a top notch fitness center. The beach area is beautiful, a great place to unwind and soak up the Hawaiian sun. The Condo owner is very personable and is quick to answer all questions, so I give the whole resort a 5 plus rating!
The property was great. Plenty of room to spread out and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen, toiletries provided, beach chairs, coolers and baby items. Pool was wonderful. Location is nice for visiting both the north and south beaches. Owner provided lots of recommendations and was also very responsive to any inquiries.

Great property and the location was perfect, right across from a safeway. 2 king suites 3bath. Restaurant, bar and an awesome pool on the property. Greg was quick to answer any questions.

We had the most relaxing stay. Beds were super comfortable and we were able to spread out, as there were 4 of us.
Definitely would recommend. The Oasis restaurant in sight was delicious as well. The beaches were a bit rocky, but we saw a monk seal so that was exciting!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach condo in kauai and I cannot express enough how much I loved it! From the moment I stepped inside, I was immediately entranced by the clean and modern decor.
Everything I could have wanted or needed was available in the condo, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The balcony was my favorite spot to relax in the mornings and watch the sunrise or enjoy a peaceful sunset.
The location was perfect for admiring the natural beauty of Kawaii, with easy access to the beach and various activities just minutes away. Whether I wanted to relax and unwind or experience the excitement and adventure of the Hawaiian Islands, this condo was the perfect home base.
The condo's amenities were top-notch, with a clean and inviting pool area, and the grounds were always immaculate. Greg was extremely friendly and attentive, making my stay worry-free and enjoyable. He made me feel like family.

There was a little bit of issue with A/C but that was more about the island power fluctuations and not the VRBO. We liked being close to the grocery store since we cooked in the room. It was a very convenient location for going north or south. Highly recommend this rental.

The condo was great for our family 7. Greg was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The condo is centrally located on the island and has lots of food and shopping within minutes. I would highly recommended
