Communication with the property management company was great! Location was great! We loved Princeville!Condo had a washer and dryer which was very helpful to us since we adventure a bit and get dirty. Main bathroom was very nice. Bed was large and very comfortable. TVs were very small, but who actually watches TV on vacation in Hawaii anyway?Disappointed that a window was hit by a golf ball and boarded up which impaired our view from the condo. Wasn't anyone's fault (other than the golfer).Not ideal that the AC is only in the bedroom. Fortunately, the weather was mild and the rest of the condo stayed relatively cool.Only other issue was that the pool was cold and the hottub was under repair and could not be used.Would book through the property management company again and definitely stay in Princeville, but probably not in this same condo.
If you are looking for comfort and quiet, this place is for you. It is on the second floor, which is the top floor, so you do not have to worry about any stomping neighbors above. There is a well working AC in the bedroom which is hard to find in Kauai. It keeps the place nice and cool and also helps to drown out the street noise. The condo is very nicely updated so it has a lovely ambiance and was very clean. It overlooks the golf course with the ocean in the distance. During our 11 day stay, there was a nesting Albatross in the golf course across from our window. It was pretty cool watching him every day. We named him Jack. It is also nice that the condo is within walking distance from Hideaway Beach and Queen’s bath because there is little parking at those two spots. We really enjoyed our stay!
We loved how clean and comfortable the condo is. We loved how spacious it was for the two of us. We loved the view and the air conditioning. Also loved the washer and dryer. We will be back!
We had a great time staying at the condo! Plenty of room for the four of us. It had a beautiful view of the ocean! Would definitely stay there again!
Contact less checkin was amazing. Rental was very clean and had everything we needed for our 9 night stay.
Good not great. Sliding door to patio really hard to open and close. Water pressure in showers in bathroom weak at best. Still waiting days later for owners to confirm the stuff I left behind by accident will be returned… Good location, good price for location and nice view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was incredible, the layout was simple and spacious, and we enjoyed the balcony and full kitchen. We will be back!
